Much better solution than pinlock
I have both the SAI max vision pinlock and this guy. The pinlock pins are tiny plastic screws that are finicky and the seal sometimes break if they're not done up correctly. This is a much better solution.
Note: It's a bit hard to close/lock down at first because of the upper seal but you get used to it.
It does still fog up a little bit right by the breath guard area when you're stopped at a stop light, but my pinlock did the same thing.

excellant product! luvin it!
hate the pinlock setup? well this product overcomes all pinlocks shortcomings.
its a bit thicker then a reg. screen so you don't want to be taking this thing off and on, also no brow vents. harder to latch to cuz of the thickness
anyways, this morn was the first time i got to try it
39 deg.
i works GREAT! no fogging what so ever.
no hint of fogging at all
there's a thick rubber seal at the top to prevent water from coming down inside the shield also , i;m sure it'd work great in the rain.
wished i had it last week when it was cold and foggy.

Excellent Purchase
Prior to purchasing this shield I did a fair amount of research on other options since fogging was becoming a real problem for me as the weather cooled (live in Canada). I basically had to ride with my shield half open to avoid it and/or lift the shield at every traffic light. I decided on this shield and very glad I did. It is terrific. After putting it on the helmet (a challenge in itself but that was largely my inexperience at changing Arai shields) I tried it out for the first time in -3 degrees celsius. It worked beautifully. I couldn't believe it. I can't wait to use it in the Spring. In fact, what was remarkable to me was that my eye glasses were fogging (something I will treat with an anti-fog wipe in the Spring) but the shield was fog-free! Would recommend this product.

No fog!
Looks slick in light smoke! No more fogging! Can not get it to fog up even with the lid closed and stoped in 30s!!

Fantastic against fogging.
I've got the hi-viz Arai paired with this dual-pane and it's great. My morning commute can be as long as 45 minutes, which is a long time to be breathing in and out underneath a helmet that's being rained on, but I'll only get the smallest penny-sized amount of fogging down around the nostril areas toward the tail end of the ride. Otherwise the visibility and anti-fog longevity is outstanding. The best anti-fog solution I've tried.

Worked to install it for nearly an hour...gave up--frustrated
Couldn't get it on my brand new RX-Q. Gave up. It's sitting in my closet. I did notice that it doesn't have the vents along the forehead...which I like. I can't comment on any features because I haven't really used it yet.

Good product.
Excellent product, but it is a quite heavy that turned my Arai a little bit heavier than usual.

The shield you are asking about does "fit" the RX-Q, but it does NOT have the brow vents.A similar shield that DOES have the brow vents is the "Arai Pinlock Ready SAI Face Shield

" (http://www.revzilla.com/motorcycle/arai-sai-shield-pinlock-insert) you want to go with it.
The main difference between the two shields appears to be the field of vision. The one you are asking about is part of Arai's "MaxVision" line, where the inner anti-fog layer is nearly as large as the helmet's opening. On the pinlock shield, the inner layer is smaller.
