Protection with air flow on warm days.
Protection with the shoulder and elbow pads just makes sense - best to be safe. The jacket looks and fits well even with the pads and the promised air flow actually works pretty well on warmer days. The shoulder pads make me look a little like a football player, but safety has its trade-offs. The material is very rugged, fits snugly and looks pretty good.

A lot of Bang for the Buck!
I would call this a three season Jacket. 50 degrees to 100. Great Airflow while moving and when it gets really hot I just zipper down a little and tuck both sides in making it v-neck style. Shoulder pads I took out for a better fit. Elbow pads are good but could be a little more stationery in the sleeve. The liner I kept out for most of the summer, even got cought in a hail storm without it and when the weather cleared after sitting under the overpass it went right back on and dryed itself out while riding. I would definately reccomend this one. Looking to grab some back armor now.

Cool, comfortable jacket
My first Alpinestars jacket - definitely try one on if you can before ordering. I tried both XL and XXL; XL fit but I liked the sleeve length better on XXL (I am 6' 3" and 210 lbs, 44 in. chest). I kept the XL.
This jacket performs as indicated in the product description as well as Anthony's video showing the features of the T-Omega jacket. This jacket allows adequate venting with zip-out liner in or out.
Bugs are easily brushed off after a ride.
I will have to come up with an alternative jacket for early spring/late fall but it regulates great during summer weather. Quality is good but delicate - take your time getting your arms in/out of the sleeves.
Overall, I am quite happy with my purchase and Alpinestars products along with the confidence of RevZilla's return/exchange policy. Customer care people answered my comparison questions and are very helpful!

great for summer
With jacket zipped up it actually provides more cool air while in motion then wearing nothing but a t-shirt. The air comes in and doesnt leave so it moves around inside the jacket which is nice. If safety was magically never a factor while riding I would still wear this on hot days for touring if I planned to be in constant motion.
Living in what is likely the hotest major city in america I have been shocked at how hard it was for me to find a non-black motorcycle jacket at a retailer. The revizlla folks heard me out and turned me on to this jacket. Perfect for my needs.
The only thing I would change is to make it possible to remove the inner lining to wash it, instead I have to wash the entire jacket or not at all.

Great jacket
This is my first textile jacket; so far it's been worn sans-liner in 80-95 degree weather, at moderate speeds. The front mesh areas actually move enough air to keep those kinds of temperatures bearable.
I'm tall and skinny, so the only thing this jacket is missing for me is some kind of way to cinch down the armor pieces to keep them in place. It's hard to say whether they'll stay put in a crash or not.

Great Sport Jacket!!
Love this jacket when I am on the move and its below 85....sitting in traffic when its HOT out....not so much! Style is great!! Love the simplicity of it! Wish it came with a thermal liner option for those cold mornings/nights. Good overall jacket.

Good quality jacket.
Mid Size, I would like a better fit. I am 38’’1/2 chest; it’s fit well at the shoulder level. But I found a little loose at the waist level, my hip is 33’’. Also the shoulder protection is too thick, it looks better with out it. Maybe a size small would fit better, but I’m afraid that it will be too tight my chest size. Overall, it is good.

Excellent jacket! Looks great, fits great, feels great, and starts you off with good basic foam padding protection.

It got really hot inside the jacket, on a hot summer day, when not driving despite removing the liner inside it. Again this jacket will only be meant to be used in certain weather conditions. It will work for the summer but only while you're driving.
