If your the occasional track day rider like I am then these are what you'll expect to need. There good for about 2-3 sessions then are to worn to be of much use. I recommend then and the velcro allows for adjustability.

Grabby, Burns Up Quick
I had a pair of these on my street two piece and once the Dainese ones wore out on my track suit, I figured I could just grab these off the street suit and save a few bucks. A slider's a slider, right?
Wrong, these pucks just outright suck. They're very grabby, as in they try and pull your knee back, and to top it all off, they get burnt up in no time. I went through the pair in half a day, and my previous Dainese ones lasted me a good year. Spend a few extra bucks and get some woodcraft klucky pucks; these aren't worth the trouble of putting them on your suit.

Gets the job done
I have used knee sliders that lasted much longer but those were definitely harder too. If I go crazy I can go through a pair of these in one day but if I use my knees only to give me some feedback (which is what one should do) then these can last several days on the track. Other than that the Velcro is strong and the logo nicely matches my suit.

A* sport knee pucks
Worst money ever spent. Didn't even last an entire trackday. Garbage, Plain and simple.
