Great glove for the money!
First off, let me say I have tried about half a dozen pairs of gloves of various brands, trying to find a pair that feels good and fits right. I can't say the Alpinestars SMX-4 is perfect, but it's the best I've found so far for three season (Spr-Sum-Fall) riding. I normally wear a LG, and the large in this glove is a tad big, which leads to wrinkling in the palm after riding a while (but the MED is too small -- go figure). Otherwise, this is a fine glove -- looks great, seems to be wearing well, no seams in the wrong places. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderate-priced glove for warmish weather.

OK Performance
Not impressed with the comfort, no padding and the seams of the thumb fall in the wrong place and cause chaffing.

worth the money
I was looking for a summer glove that was comfortable in the heat and had a little give to them. The soft armor of over the knuckles is nice and flexible. The fabric on the sides and around the fingers gives a little more. Generally a soft and comfortable glove if your not at the track kicking it up a notch. One fault is the pinkie finer is just a tad longer, but that isn't a deal breaker. Style wise its not flashy. Just right.

A good summer glove
I just bought these gloves for the hot summer months and find them to be very comfortable. The gloves are well made and fit my hands fine but are a bit snug getting them over the knuckles. Once on, the feel great. My fingers are more on the slender side so if you have big hands, you may want to go with a size or two bigger. These are definitely cut more on the slender side. Good balance of air flow and protection. Protection is adequate, considering they are a "summer glove." The break-in period is relatively quick and the fit nicely under the sleeve of a jacket. Overall, a good glove.

About a size too small
Great for the summer, though the protection is definitely not as strong as the heavier gloves. Ordered a size larger than I need and it fits great.

Great gloves for the money
Gloves look and fit great. I found them more comfortable than gloves at much higher price. I got them in red and they look good. I find them easy to put on and off and good ventilation.

Fits like a glove
Good product, well made, sized well but difficult to get on. Kind of like OJ in court, but once on, fits like a champ.
