I am using these pants for my second winter here in Southern California. It's raining buckets this morning and I am sitting here at my desk with a wet crotch. For the price, I would have been better off buying a pair of $10 rubber pants.
Cons Leaky Crotch

I am 5'8'' with 48 A* Track Pants and the medium fits just right.
These are very good at keeping you dry but, the lack of vents causes the pants and jacket to get steamy, a necessary evil.
