I bought my first pair of nero boots on a whim--I just liked the way they looked--but after wearing them almost everyday for a year in cold and hot, wet and dry, I must say they are remarkably practical: comfortable, waterproof (Gore-Tex lined), easy to get on and off, fine for walking around in, with good grip and good feel on the controls. If you like the way they look I highly recommend them.
Two drawbacks, like most Italian gear they are overpriced. And while the quality is well above average--which is why I don't mind the high price so much--these boots are not as rugged as a more traditional boot.

This design tends to run narrow and is quite tapered at the toe. Often times folks who think they have a wide foot and fit in more boots than they think. If you can let us know what you are currently wearing (comfortably), or the actual width of your foot, we may be able to better answer your question.

My foot is a bit wide. I can wear standard shoes but have to buy wider brands or I blow out the sides of the shoes. with these I have a little extra room, I even can wear big socks.
