Great For the Price
You Can't beat this for a starter helmet or a good extra helmet. Graphics are cool and it is pretty comfortable. Spent a little more on mine, and use it for my back up currently.

I got the Pearl White version of this helmet and let me just say that I am amazed at how beautiful it looks; zombies, vampires, barbed-wire, blood-stains, and all. AFX went over the top with the design and I love it. I get compliments on it all the time, in fact.
The face shield is easy enough to remove and install with some practice and seals nicely on the helmet, resulting in very little noise. I've heard from a number of people that this helmet becomes quite noisy on the highway but as of yet I haven't experienced any excess noise with it.
I have an extremely large head and find it almost impossible to find any helmet that fits my head size. I was ecstatic to find this one. I have a Round Oval shaped head and got an extra large, which fit me perfectly.
For how cheap this helmet is, it's definitely worth a buy. The air flow is really good and hardly ever fogs up (right up there with the Scorpion helmets in quality).
Whether you're looking for a helmet for yourself or for a passenger helmet, this will most likely suit your needs.

Great helmet for the Price (ATX FX-90)
FYI: My only other helmet was a Scorpion EXO-400 purchased in '08. PROS: Better airflow (in face, under chin and around neck), much lighter, decent sight angle. Open/close vents on left/right temple and center mouth (see CONS). The aerodynamics feel better in the wind; less buffeting than the traditional round helmet. Includes a removable mesh air deflector for the chin section. Water resistant; just took it through a rainstorm with no leaking/dripping from visor or vents. The included soft bag is a 2-point cinch making it easier to throw over the shoulder or hang. Graphics translated well; helmet looks just like the pic. CONS: The center mouth vent whistles if open and looking parallel to the ground, remedy is to tilt head slightly down or close vent. The visor movement is not crisp (very spongy/sloppy) because of the sheer length and flex of the visor, forcing me to push from the top of the visor for a good seal at the bottom (most evident during daytime with tinted visor). Hopefully this is just due to the fresh seal along the bottom of the visor opening and remedy itself with use. FIT: Cheek pads are a little tight at the bottom, but loosen up as the pads recede up into the helmet. Forehead pad is also a bit stiff. Pads around back of ear have the same problem...just a little tight. These issues should correct with wear. Also, the chin strap feels a little too far back, tightening right up on the neck, which makes it a little uncomfortable out of the box (it looks like the angle of the straps MAY be adjustable by loosening the screw and moving the strap). SUMMARY: Looks great, feels okay, airflow great improvement over EXO-400. Awesome for the price, great for someone who's looking for a good starter or just doesn't want to spend a lot. Better than my EXO-400 I spent $160 on (if this one lasts til expiration)!
