Zero Gravity Sport Touring Windscreen Kawasaki Ninja 500R 1994-2010
Great look, great wind protection.
Got this for my 2006 Ninja EX500. Was shipped super quick, Finish looked amazing. Every hole aligned perfectly and only took 30 minutes to install. The wind protection this provides is amazing. I'm 6 ft and the wind is completely off my chest. If you go into a partial tuck you will be completely out of the wind.
Obviously since this is a bigger windshield it does take some of the sleekness away from the look of the bike, it adds prob 3 inches of height and it also curves up.
All in all great product, great finish, great wind protection, super easy to install, and fast shipping.

Max B: Wanted a little more protection from the wind during highway cruzing. And the smoke finish adds a nice look to the bike.Jun 23, 2014
Victor M: The added few inches of height make a noticeable difference in wind protection. As an added bonus I am now able to use the tinted screen when ridding toward the sunset to reduce the strain on my eyes. The windscreen looks great and adds a more premium look to the bike.Apr 4, 2014
A shopper asked:Hey, I just got a 2008 Kawasaki Ninja 500R which has a stock windscreen. I also have a 2004 Kawasaki Ninja 250 with a stock windscreen. I'm a lady rider, 5'3", and the windscreen on my 500 pushes the air directly at head height, making it sound like a roaring windstorm in my helmet! It's unbelievably loud. I never had this problem on my 250, which is nearly as tall as my 500. So what's the problem? And should I get a taller windscreen or a shorter one?? Help!Oct 27, 2014
Max B:Hey, I have a 2005 500R and was experiencing a similar issue as you describe. Based on others' reviews for different bikes as well as ours, I replaced the stock wind screen with an after market Sport Touring model from Zero Gravity. It has helped a lot. The extra inch or so and the lip design help deflect the wind that little bit higher so the wind doesn't smack me in the chest. It made highway riding more comfortable. For you, it may help push the wind a bit over your head and hopefully reduce the wind noise. Hope this helpsOct 29, 2014
