Zero Gravity Double Bubble Windscreen for Suzuki SV650S / SV1000S
Best optics of any windscreen on the market. All are fabricated using highly specialized "blow molding" techniques similar to those used to form aircraft canopies. The result is virtually disortion-free optics
Made from the finest grade of 1/8" acrylic plastic. Each windscreen is stretched as it is formed, a process which results in superior strength and flexibility. This flexibility allows the windscreen to absorb road vibrations and resist cracking
Factory drilled holes and profiles that match your OEM fairing for a precise fit
Used by the best Superbike, Grand Prix, Supersport and Endurance teams in America, Zero Gravity windscreens dominate road racing
I think I'd prefer a double bubble
I've got the sport touring model on my 2006 SV650s. It's almost too tall really, but it fits the bike just fine. I'm sitting behind the thing in a pocket of dead hot air, lol. I'm used to riding naked bikes though, so take that in consideration. I'm 6'1" tall and I'd like a bit more air getting to me. Also, I get a bit of wind buffeting on my helmet at highway speeds. If I tuck way down it goes away, or if I sit up real tall it goes away, making me think that the slightly lower double bubble would be perfect. Keep in mind, I've heard dark smoke is more delicate and can crack easier, for racing they almost always require clear, and my comments about wind buffeting probably only apply to the SV650s if you're 6'1" tall. Fitment for each bike and rider will be different.

This windscreen is listed as an OEM fitment replacement but it is not.
I purchased this screen as a replacement to my OEM on my '07 SV650S. This screen is listed as a direct replacement. Be aware that it is not. There are molded fastener holes in the mold that the factory has not compensated for fairing molds. This basically means that all the fitment of the fairing around the screen will not be seamless and secure. I am returning the one I have due to this. For some it may not be a big deal but for me I like all things to fit as they need to be without gaps. One thing that I was not aware of till I began to look into this more is that this screen is NOT DOT approved. So if you have to have any safety inspection they will not pass you with this screen. Good luck.
