Zero Gravity Double Bubble Windscreen

The Zero Gravity Double Bubble Windscreen is the most popular windscreen with in the Zero Gravity family. Its innovative "bubble within a bubble" design was pioneered by Zero Gravity and provides the perfect amount of wind protection for riding in the tuck or sport riding position. Additionally, each windscreen has been sculpted to enhance the lines of each individual motorcycle. Style and protection, it’s a perfect combo.

All Zero Gravity Windscreens feature optically clear acrylic that absorbs vibration, resists cracking and are fabricated using highly specialized vacuum forming techniques, similar to those used to form aircraft canopies. The result is a virtually distortion free windscreen with the finest optical clarity on the market. Additionally, light scratches can be buffed out of acrylic windscreens as opposed to polycarbonate windscreens that can be permanently marred.

  • Shock resistant
  • Vacuum formed

Looks great until you take a spill I love the zero grav windscreen. The optical clarity is what drew me toward this screen. However, I crashed the other day at the track and unfortunately, the windscreen shattered. If you're planning on using this on a track bike that you are likely to crash often, I would go a different route. I am going to buy another one because I love how it looks and my bike is not yet a dedicated track bike. July 25, 2016
Very happy with it Easy install. Took about 15 minutes. Looks way better than stock. Does help with wind just a bit at highway speeds. Fit meant is pretty good the gap on bottom is just off 1/8 of an inch. Only notice it if your looking really close. Would buy it for any new bike I buy. Looks great And shipping was very fast Thanks revzilla June 30, 2014
Adjective Review First of all the Double Bubble does not have a OEM mounting skirt for my 2014 ZX14R ABS..The extended tab on the front of the stock windscreen does not exist on the Zero Gravity (ZG) model. The holes on the ZG are not the same size as the holes on the stock windscreen, they are indeed smaller and you will have to deal with that to successfully mount the front two hard nylon inserts. The material is notably thinner (I should have miked it ) and at the trailing edge it is a clean cut off, that is to say there is no build up of material to facilitate strength or finish as there is with the stock windscreen. The decals on either side of the ZG are bordering on funky, nice logo but poor execution for a decal. The edges are prominent and is does not pass the scrutiny test. I would have preferred a better job even if it were a different method of placing a pretty cool looking logo. It is not optically pure, It is clear enough alright but really are you looking through the windscreen? Over all I like the look it could be much better with true attention to detail. May 17, 2014
Looks great! This changes the appearance of my 2014 ZX6R 636. The dark smoke looks great and aggressive on my metallic black spark Ninja. The shield itself however does not sit flush. There is a a very minor gap between the shield and the top of the headlight shroud. Note, the OEM shield also does not sit 100% flush. This is not noticeable at all! February 17, 2014
Could be better Works and looks much better than stock, however for the price it should come with new grommets installed where applicable. A mounting tab broke off when trying to install the old grommets even with lubrication and a puller setup with a bolt and spacer. Luckily it doesn't flop around but it was a disappointment. Adds a Great Look and Better Wind Performance I installed this on my 2013 Ninja ZX6R. The windscreen was a near perfect fit with it just being a but more flush (fit) on the right side (in riding position) compared to the left side. What I like about the dark smoke is that it is still transparent and not completely blacked out. Please check out my YouTube video. The URL is located on this site. The name of the video is 2013 Ninja ZX6R Zero Gravity Double Bubble. October 29, 2013
Looks great Bought this windscreen a few weeks ago. Love the way it looks on my bike and it makes a bigger difference while riding than I thought It would. September 3, 2013
Fits poorly and breaks extremely easily. As usual Revzilla was awesome but this product is extremely sub-par. I have a 2002 Honda VFR800 and at least on this model the fit was abysmal. I was skeptical when I was unpacking the windscreen as I noticed that there were only two screw attachment points whereas the OEM windscreen has four. When I installed it on my bike everything lined up ok except that there was a sizable gap between the windscreen and the fairing. When I was removing it it cracked in two places with less than a pound of pressure being applies. I don't if I simply had a defective windscreen but I do know I'm not going to spend another $100 to find out! April 23, 2013
