The R-77 is serious business when it comes to performance as it was designed with racetrack feedback from the Yoshimura Suzuki Superbike Team. The R-77's trapezoidal shape allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. With a straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the R-77 muffler's inlet cap is MIG-welded, while the end cap is riveted using high-end 304L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.
This Full System features the R-77 muffler, stainless steel headers and tail-pipe, step-by-step instructions, and all necessary hardware for installation.
Note: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Alex G:Technically you don't need to remap the ECU but as is typical with new aftermarket racing exhausts your bike may spit and crackle a little bit . If you don't mind that (i personally like that sound) then don't worry about tuning the ECU. However in general i have to say that from what i hear on the forums the FZ-09 rides way better if you flash the ECU at Stoltec. Supposedly it gets rid of the herky jerky throttle response on the bike. At the same time they can probably tune the ECU for your new exhaust.Jul 17, 2014
Jon M:My FZ09 ran fine after the install, but it seemed to have a slight loss of power at higher RPM's. I plan on getting a Power commander as soon as they make a high flow air filter. The bike is still too new. The exhaust looks and sounds awesome. Revzilla shipped really fast and packaging was really good.May 31, 2014
Linh N:I haven't bought this one personally, but I can tell you that carbon fiber exhausts manage heat 'very' well. I have a carbon fiber exhaust for my ninja 650, and after a day of riding, I wouldn't be afraid to put my entire hand on the carbon bits. However, carbon fiber is more expensive to produce, so if you're trying to keep it cheap, I'd stay with stainless steel.
PS. even if the entire muffler body was carbon fiber, the weight reduction is minimal.Aug 14, 2014
