The popular R-77 offers outstanding performance, thanks to being developed in the heat of competition. It features a trapezoidal design, which allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. With a straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the R-77 muffler’s front cap is MIG-welded, while the end cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.
Note: This exhaust is CARB compliant. Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.
Yoshimura & Suzuki, like peas & carrots!
Great looks and great fit. Sounds good too. I later added the header/collector pipes from Arrow for an even better exhaust flow. Now it sounds even better and more aggressive. I would definitely recommend this pipe for cost, looks, and performance.

Awesome Exhaust 2014 DL1000
This thing is awesome!! Fit is spot on, price is right, weight savings nice......I purchased the carbon can, what a fine piece of craftmanship.....Sound (with the insert removed, not recommended by Yoshi) is awe inspiring. I had guys changing places on a ride to be behind me just to listen to it!!
Thank you 'Zilla for the best price around!!

Outstanding product...just get one!
Was the last upgrade for my new 2014 Suzuki V-Srom adventure model and was everything I expected. Got the carbon fiber so a perfect match to the black of the bike. Took about 15 minutes to install and saved 7-8 pounds over the stock "boat anchor". Took the computer a few minutes to adjust on the first ride, but after that WOW! Seat of the pants dyno told me that there was more hp and torque. Could feel the loss of weight in the handling. Just loving it.

2014 Vstrom 1000 with carbon R-77
The new pipe is a vast improvement in looks and sound.
The OEM "briefcase" was very very quiet. Great for communications, but truly suppressed the growl of the vtwin.
Significant weight loss - maybe 7 lbs?

Wicked People wicked Product :)
First off thank you to the Team at Revzilla.I have and will continue to recommend you. The service you provided to me was fantastic and much better than I received from my local Dealer and the New Zealand Motorcycle Market. Well done.
I highly recommend this pipe; not to give the bike a 'Loud Pipes Save Lives' sound but to bring out the beautiful deep tones of the V Twin in the 2014 V-Strom.
The other reason I choose this pipe was to lighten the load from the Suzuki OEM exhaust. The exact weight I'm not sure of but feels about a quarter of the weight of the OEM can.
Again,I would highly recommend buying from Revzilla :)
Once I've fitted this weekend I'll try and upload some pictures.

John W P asked:Some customers who have bought this slip on have said the removable low volume insert is not so easily removed! Said screw is tack welded from the inside which makes removing the insert very difficult. Anyone have this slip on and removed the insert? How hard was that and what tools did you use? Anyone with sound clips? Would like to hear with baffle removed. Would really like to buy this but need to know these answers first. Thanks, JP Anyone at Revzilla taken that baffle out? Let me know.Jun 24, 2014
