Yoshimura R-77 Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR1000RR 2012

The R-77 is serious business when it comes to performance as it was designed with racetrack feedback from the Yoshimura Suzuki Superbike Team. The R-77's trapezoidal shape allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. With a straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the R-77 muffler's front cap is MIG-welded, while the end-cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.

This Slip-On System includes R-77 muffler, stainless steel mid-pipe, installation hardware, and step-by-step instructions.

Does this slip on come with the "S" pipe, that deletes the cat, and does it come with the Yoshi cover plate that completes the belly?

Answer: 
Yes! This Yosh R-77 Slip-On comes with a 2-ps S-bend that, with confirmation from Yoshimura, does eliminate/replace your factory catalytic converter. The underbelly panel to which you are referring is also included. Take a look at the installation (pdf) that's linked in the product description; the bottom of page 1 lists of all included parts. The S-bend is comprised of call-outs 1 & 2 and the panel is call-out 11.
