Yoshimura R-77 Exhaust System Honda CBR 1000 RR

The R-77 is serious business when it comes to performance as it was designed with racetrack feedback from the Yoshimura Suzuki Superbike Team. The R-77's trapezoidal shape allows a large volume of packing material and in turn delivers top performance. With a straight baffle and removable low-volume insert, the R-77 muffler's front cap is MIG-welded, while the end-cap is riveted using high-end 304-L polished stainless steel rivets and bands.

This Full System includes R-77 muffler, stainless steel header and tail-pipe, installation hardware, and step-by-step instructions

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

A shopper asked: I own 2014 honda cbr 1000rr Sp edition and I am wondering if this version will fit my bike or not? also I have seen couple of videos on youtube where the stainless steel headers went really red and I am scared that would missed up some of my interior fairing and wires after long time of using it? So what is your recommendation. Dec 5, 2014

Jason S: 2012 Honda CBR 1000RR owner. The Yoshimura exhaust fits correctly on my bike. The pipes do become discolored or "red", but for my bike it's at the gradual 90 degree bend as the exhaust starts heading in the direction to the rear of the bike. No fairings or wires are in the area where the discoloration occurs. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the quality and sound of the exhaust. Dec 5, 2014
