Really good
Installed on a Yamaha Super Tenere. Had to cut some metal and drill a hole in the stock pedal, but I had help from a friend who knew what he was doing.

I really like it so far.

Simple and nice to see
Very well made but what isn't by woodcraft. Bought rearsets for my 05 gsxr 1000 and everything working as expected. A little pricey seeing as you only get 1

Folding tow peg does fold
Custom install for my Ducati Diavel shifter as I snapped the OEM toe piece while turning. Now I can take left-handers again like a Ducati is supposed to :-)

Great. Won't snap off in a tip-over.
I have them on gear change & rear brake. Easy as pie to install; like everything Woodcraft enginees, they are well built, do the job they are designed to do, and... at a very reasonable price.

High quality, durable and beautiful finish
This toe-piece easily installed on my bike's rearsets using a philips screwdriver and is still secure after several months riding. It is spring-loaded to pop back into the correct position, although I removed the spring so that I can fold it out of the way. The quality of build and the finish are extremely fine.

Saved the day
I started racing my GROM this year and one of the first changes I made was to add this folding tip to the shifter. In my sixth race of the season I fell off on the right side and my day would probably have been over except for the folding tip. So far I have managed to low side on the left three times and the only loss has been that the second time ripped the tip cover off. This piece is worth every penny and I even bought a spare after the last time out just in case. Excellent workmanship. My only complaint is that I need to figure out a way to "stake" if so it won't turn in a crash. Then again, turning probably helped save the tip. That said, I have been able to get it tightened back up so I could finish the race after monkeying with it a bit. Without this tip I would have at least three DNFs and I hate DNFs. I love this thing!

Grom race bike.
I was told to put this on my grom race bike by a friend in the pits when I switched from my kx65. In mini racing crashing is kinda a common occurrence in practice and when you're trying to get around someone that has a lot more motor than you you've gotta get them on the brakes...well I've thrown my grom down the track 3 times with this folding toe piece and it has held up fantastically. I did my part and recommended it to someone else who is about to modify their existing set up. You can't go wrong with woodcraft!

Well made and durable. Should be OEM
Only dinging this review for ease of install because my shift lever on my Tiger800xc requires cutting off the welded in studd and then drilling out a hole for the new shifter peg. Works great, looks good, and has stood up to abuse.

Rubber shifter over metal
I bought this to change out the metal peg on my Wood craft rear sets as the aluminum one was eating into my foot and boot. However in a very lame tip over in gravel, the new peg broke off at the connection point. Luckily there was 1/2 an inch of nub left so as not to leave me stranded. Would prefer a rubber covered peg that does not pivot as that is a WEAK point.

In case of the bike tipping on it's side, I've yet to find out if they fit the KTM shift pedal.

Snapped the OEM toe peg off of my brake pedal AND my shifter because of turning too sharply. Hoping this will help.

tried these. Decided to stick with the standard ones.

I had spring toe levers on a set of Harris rear sets on an R1, and liked the feature. It's essentially the same principal as folding brake/clutch levers... in the event of a fall they will fold up out of harms' way instead of snapping off.

Found it on the Yamaha Supertenere forum. After watching 3 riders go down on the left side in the last 2 weekends, it will add to my piece of mind. 1 less (hopefully) item to break on the trail.

Does this fit both the brake and shift levers?
Tyler E on Feb 2, 2016
BEST ANSWER: Maybe. It depends on whether the arms have enough material to allow the screw. I have these on both sides on my GP bike, but only on the shift side on my GROM. The brake side on the GROM doesn't have enough material to allow drilling the countersunk hole that is required. I race both of these machines and the folding tips have saved the day several times. At this point, I put them on every pedal where they will fit. They work extremely well with aftermarket rearsets that have bolt on pedal tips. They are very well made and they will take a beating and still work fine. You'll want to use red Loctite to help prevent them from coming loose and turning. I also safety-wire mine. Well worth the expense.
Hi

What is the diameter of the bolt that secures the toe piece to the shifter arm?
A shopper on Nov 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: You might want to direct that question to the manufacturer as my toe piece is installed and, sorry, I don't really want to remove and replace it. I drilled out the staged shank of the old toe piece only enough to remove it with a punch, not oversized at all. The woodcraft bolt was a little smaller than the hole but the tapered fit if the toe piece center and secured the toe piece when the bolt was tightened.
Hi

Im looking to replace my damaged shifter peg on my 09 R1. It does have aftermarket rear sets but I'm unsure of the brand. What is the diameter of the bolt that secures the toe piece to the shifter arm?
A shopper on Nov 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Not sure of the diameter without pulling it back off. My guess would be pretty standard size. It uses a flush fitting machine screw so only issue coulg be having to drill the hole larger (if need be). Very good product.
Can someone please tell me what the external diameter is of the tip? I'm concerned it will look a little bit big on my pedal. Thanks.
A shopper on Nov 17, 2015
BEST ANSWER: I think it is about .500"
Hi
What is the diameter of the bolt that secures the toe piece to the shifter arm?
Martik A on Nov 15, 2015
BEST ANSWER: Not sure without pulling mine back off. My guess would be that it is a pretty standard size. Secures with a machine sscrew so the only issue could be having to make the hole in the shift a little bigger if need be.
what is the difference between this 913445 and 913444?
Rollin S on Jun 7, 2014
BEST ANSWER: One set is the toe piece alone and the other looks to also have a adjustable bracket that comes with toe piece
