Woodcraft Clip-Ons with Risers Kawasaki Ninja 300

Woodcraft is proud to present their Ninja 300 clipons. Woodcraft has developed a set of clipons to perfectly fit the Ninja 300. Simple re-positioning of the brake line is necessary on this model. They feature a 2 1/2" riser that eliminates interference issues with the bodywork and fuel tank, while getting the bars as low as possible.

Woodcraft 2-piece split clipons are specially designed to make installation and removal a snap. Their 2-piece design is race proven and makes it easy to service your clipons below the triple clamp without having to disassemble the entire front end.

Special attention has also been taken to save weight wherever possible on these clamps. The bars themselves are 12” long and are easily adjusted to whatever custom width you desire. Racers no longer have to worry about replacing an expensive complete clipon assembly after a crash - these risers use an inexpensive universal handlebar.

Reviewed on Ninja 300 race bike These were mounted on a ninja 300 race bike for two main reasons - to get the bars into a more performance oriented position, and to allow easy access to the adjustments on the top of my forks. (I have K-tech cartridges installed) These did the job, but not without a couple issues to resolve first. I needed to buy the Woodcraft 1-1/2"+ spacers so that I could rotate the bars back to get a proper angle. Without the spacers, it felt more like a flat drag bar setup. The other thing I had to do was strap my Galfer SST line in place on the riser with a zip tie to keep it from hitting the dash at full left lock. After all that, the bike feels awesome at the track. Pictures include as installed and with the OEM bars in place to show relative position as compared to stock. August 10, 2015
Good, but expensive and hard to install Its a good quality product that works really well, but install is a pain and it is not at all cheap. July 28, 2015
Easy Install, they look great Easy to install on my Ninja 300. If you want the grips closer to the forks, the clutch switch will hit the clip-on riser, so there is limited adjustability as far at that is concerned. Other than that I really like the end result. July 20, 2015
Great look and great ride. Installation is not bad as long as you read the instructions. Makes for a great riding position and gives the bike a high performance look. March 23, 2015
Multi combo Winner! Combining clip ons with rear sets makes my little 300 feel much nicer in the corners. Not too bad to install apart from the brake cable having to be rotated which can be quite scary to think about. Not too bad for me though because I have a mechanic in the family. I recommend buying a triple tree cover plate, I am still looking for covers for my fork tops rather than pre load adjusters. I'm thinking of the black bars though as I am not a fan of the silver. Great if you don't have an ABS model Bought these for my ninja 300 ABS. Revzilla said it would fit my bike and it did...kind of. A lot of modifications needed to be made. There are YouTube videos of people who had no problems but I'm assuming it's different for each bike. I had to purchase a new brake line because the clip ons would hit my dash and the stock brake line was not long enough for me to move the brake reservoir out of the way. I had to move the brake reservoir otherwise the clip one wouldn't sit right and the brake line would be stretched too far. After replacing the brake line, everything worked out fine except the brake reservoir was still in the way. December 29, 2014
Changes the feel of bike, a must have for all 300s The clipons completely changes the feeling of the bike, it is a must have. Installing it was easy, just don't strip the bar end screws (they have lock tight). The brake line also needs to be adjusted and moved around (zip tie) so it doesn't hit your dash. May need to bleed your brakes after. October 8, 2014
Great Product Great product. Well made, easy to install. Great design to get the bars lower and as far forward without interfering with the stock bodywork. Got these to replace a bent stock car. We will see how they hold up to the nest crash. September 1, 2014

Benjamin P: Along with rear sets, this is the best mod i've done on my bike so far. It looks great (especially with SSR pre load caps), feels more aggressive yet still maintains the comfortable seating position of the ninja 300. With some adjusting, you shouldn't have any issues with fitment other than cables slightly brushing the dash at full lock. You might want to note that the bars that come with it our silver. I ordered extra black replacements to match my bike. Sep 13, 2014

A shopper asked: Does anyone know if any of the woodcraft bar ends would work with these clip ons? Too much vibration felt Jul 15, 2014

Ben M: Yes they will - and they were extremely easy to put on I might add (they have no fallen off or loosened with over 3 months of riding). I purchased the universal bar-ends with weights after initially installing these clip-ons onto my ninja 300 as I could not stand the vibration. However when installing these you will more than likely end up destroying the plastic caps that are on the clip-ons stock. But after installing the bar-ends I have never thought of going back. Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Joaquín F: Mine came silver. I'm considering order them black, however, silver bars are not that bad because the only visible area is like 1 inch each side, half between the grip and the clutch/brake and another half from there to the riser. Jun 24, 2014
