Great space, lots of pockets Love the bag. Fits a helmet perfectly (and I'm XL!) and it has several pockets that you can use to store gloves, water, etc. January 24, 2015
great little bag Perfect bag for the rack of my Tenere. I can still throw a leg over without it problems January 12, 2015
Nice size bag for the Bonneville tail rack. The Wolf bag is excellent quality with ample room for a few days gear. It does have to extend over the grab rail unless you mount it sideways. It works great to hold goods from that run to the grocery store or just the every day things you need for a day trip. Mounting and dismounting is easy with the integral straps and hooks. Excellant tail bag with great features Very pleased with the quality of the bag. The Wolf tail bag is a great medium sized (not too big or to small) tail bag. Will have no problem carrying all my tools/spares and other items required for a days adventure outing. December 27, 2014
Just what I wanted Did not want to run a top box on my Super Enduro, but due to my occupation I needed a tail bag that was easy to take on/off and was large enough to hold a full face helmet. Just like every other Wolfman product I have purchased this tail bag is top notch. I can install or remove it from my CJ Designs tail rack in under a minute. It holds either my Shoei Multitec or Aria XD just fine. I have only used it for commuting and the occasional trip to the store, it stays put just fine with the supplied straps, even when loaded with a couple six packs. Excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. Cheers Ken December 22, 2014
This tail bag was virtually tailor-made for the KTM 1190 Adventure! I wanted a bag that would hold tools, flat repair equipment, etc. and still have room for other stuff as needed. I didn't want to always be forced to use the aluminum side cases, as handling is definitely affected with all that weight hanging off the sides. The Wolf tail bag worked even better than I expected! On my KTM 1190 Adventure, the built-in elastic straps attach the tail bag in a matter of seconds. Not only that, but the bag stays put with no movement whatsoever. You don't even know it's there. There is plenty of room for ALL my tools, plus much more! I couldn't be happier with this bag! December 15, 2014
This bag will haul. I purchased a Wolfman Wolf Tail Bag for my Triumph 800XC. I wanted a way to carry rain gear, an extra sweater, a water bottle, and still have room for small purchases made along my travels. This bag will do that. Wolfman products have always impressed me with their quality, and this tail bag is no exception. The zippers are first rate, the material is stout, and the stitching appears to be tight. This is not the least expensive tail bag on the market, but it is an example of you get what you pay for. I did purchase the optional rain cover to go with this tail bag (it would be nice if Wolfman included it with the bag), but I have not yet needed to use it. December 13, 2014
Great value in a tail bag This, like all Wolfman gear I have experienced, is of top notch quality and a breeze to install. They thought out very well the details of the bag, its size and compartment configurations. Can't think of anything I'd do differently on this bag. On my Suzuki DR650 I have this mounted to a Pro Moto Billet rack. A definite recommendation! November 18, 2014

Robert V asked: Will this bag fit a gallon of milk with a little room left over? Oct 23, 2014

Peter R: It will zip closed with my xl shoie neotec helmet. I'm sure the milk will fit with a little space left over. I love the bag and use it instead of a tank bag on my 1200GSA. Oct 23, 2014

John M: Yes, it is expandable. Oct 23, 2014

Diana C: It's quite possible. The interior dimensions are: front to back 11" x side to side 9" x (depth) bottom of bag to lid 8" or 10" when expanded. Depending on your needs, it has three zippered exterior pockets, one mesh pocket in the back (no zipper) and a zippered mesh pocket on the interior of the lid. There is also a bungee cord on the top of the bag.
This is a really nice bag, even though it doesn't fit my (H-D) luggage rack perfectly.

A shopper asked: Will this bag work without a rack? I have a Moto Guzzi V7 Classic with a bench seat, but no rack. Looking for an easy luggage solution without installing any hardware. Thanks in advance! Mar 1, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Chris W: The answer will lie in how you are planning to affix it to your bike. The bag comes with 4 elastic bungees with sewn in hooks. I have used it as a tank bag by pulling the bungees to the engine guards.

You need to figure out how you are going to keep this on the back of your bike. I would guess it could hitch to Buddy Pegs...

Rob B: I'm not familiar with your seat but the bag should work as long as you have 4 points (2 per side) to attach the bungee cords. I use mine on an 800xc and often attach it on the rear seat. Great bag, make sure to get the rain cover. Mar 2, 2015

Mark B: In my experience this bag works best when it has maximum "base" support. It didn't work as well as I'd hoped on my Ural using the fender rack (modified to about 10 1/2 inches wide) as support.

Hope this helps

Joe M: Yea, it will a elk without out a rack. I originally bought it for my Triumph Bonneville and it sat nicely on the bench seat. I stopped it down to the frame below each side of the seat. Mar 1, 2015

Arthur T: I don't see why not. I hook it onto the bench seat of my '71 BMW R75/5...then swap it over to my DR350 seat too. Great bag! Mar 1, 2015

A S asked: How long are the straps that fix this to the rack? Would I be able to put it on top of my 1gallon rotopax or maybe even two?
Bike: 2014 KTM 690 enduro R
Rack: Nomadic KTM 690 Aluminum Rear Luggage Rack
Rotopax: Rotopax KTM 1 Gallon Gasoline Fuel Pack
