More room than you think! Picked up one of these to carry on long day rides on my ADV bike. Its been fantastic! I can fit my tools, spare front and rear tubes, tire irons, bead breaker, small role of duct-tape, moto-pump, spare gloves, big bottle of water, and even a full size MRE! I was a bit concerned about the attachment straps being bungie cords which I feel allows too much movement of the bag. But surprisingly they kept the load in the exact same place even riding over washboard or rocky terrain. My only complain is a rain cover is extra. Most other brands such as cortech comes with one included in the price. November 1, 2015
Perfect size tail bag for day or overnight rides - fits more than you'd think Just the right size for a set of tire irons and tube, all the tools your bike may need and various other items to keep your bike on the road, plus some water and a change of clothes for an overnighter. Very sturdy construction and when pulled tight, the elastic straps keep the bag from moving around even when heavily leaded. Great bag, highly recommended. October 5, 2015
Nice tailbag, but could be improved I already owned a Wolfman Peak Tailbag that I use on my DRZ-400 and love it. The Peak Tailbag is fine for any trail ride, but too small to use as a commuter bag. I saw this Wolf Tailbag and bought it. Unlike the Peak Tailbag, which uses metal hooks and straps to secure the bag, the Wolf Tailbag only offers bungee cords. The bungee cords work well enough I suppose, but you really have to draw them tight to keep the bag from flopping around on the rack. I like the secure mount of the metal hooks and straps better. Also, while the Wolf Tailbag is bigger, it is on the edge of too small for a commuter bag. If I stuff my jacket liner and rain pants into the bag, the bag is pretty much full. For some people that might be all they need. For me, I wish the bag was about 3" bigger in every dimension. Having said that, this bag is typical of Wolfman's excellent quality and durability, and the side pockets are extra-large - big enough to store an extra set of goggles. September 28, 2015
Exactly What I Was Looking For This is a very well constructed, sturdy bag. The adjustable bungee straps make it very easy to install. Between the bungees and the non-slip bottom, this thing really stays in place, even when loaded. The mesh pocket at the front is perfect for keeping the rain cover (not included, unfortunately). The other pockets are roomy and make it easy to get to things that you need. I am very pleased with the bag. July 27, 2015
Holds most everything Unless I want to take another jacket with me for a day ride, this bag fits most everything I would need. I have my spare shield, spare gloves and rain suit stuffed in here. Also have assorted tools and kit utilizing the side pockets. If I need to take my liners out, I imagine I will be able to stuff them in there and may not even have to expand the bag. My biggest concern is finding a rain fly for this bag. It does not come with one. That said, it was easily installable (5 minutes) and secure at speed. AS usual, ordering from Revzilla is easy and they have yet to not meet expectations. May 8, 2015
Just what you need Wonderful construction. Well designed and spacious and has been very useful on my bike. Too bad for this price you have to get and accessory rain cover, an obvious need. The usual quick shipping from Revzilla May 4, 2015
Nice tail bag I had looked at a few more brands to be used on our Kawasaki Concours 14 and decided on this model. Size is realy nice and the way you can easily shorten the built in bungee straps is a great idea. Kind of wished it came with a rain cover just in case but still worth the cost. Revzilla is great as always. April 6, 2015
Great space, lots of pockets Love the bag. Fits a helmet perfectly (and I'm XL!) and it has several pockets that you can use to store gloves, water, etc. January 24, 2015

Robert V asked: Will this bag fit a gallon of milk with a little room left over? Oct 23, 2014

Peter R: It will zip closed with my xl shoie neotec helmet. I'm sure the milk will fit with a little space left over. I love the bag and use it instead of a tank bag on my 1200GSA. Oct 23, 2014

John M: Yes, it is expandable. Oct 23, 2014

Diana C: It's quite possible. The interior dimensions are: front to back 11" x side to side 9" x (depth) bottom of bag to lid 8" or 10" when expanded. Depending on your needs, it has three zippered exterior pockets, one mesh pocket in the back (no zipper) and a zippered mesh pocket on the interior of the lid. There is also a bungee cord on the top of the bag.
This is a really nice bag, even though it doesn't fit my (H-D) luggage rack perfectly.

A shopper asked: Will this bag work without a rack? I have a Moto Guzzi V7 Classic with a bench seat, but no rack. Looking for an easy luggage solution without installing any hardware. Thanks in advance! Mar 1, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Chris W: The answer will lie in how you are planning to affix it to your bike. The bag comes with 4 elastic bungees with sewn in hooks. I have used it as a tank bag by pulling the bungees to the engine guards.

You need to figure out how you are going to keep this on the back of your bike. I would guess it could hitch to Buddy Pegs...

Rob B: I'm not familiar with your seat but the bag should work as long as you have 4 points (2 per side) to attach the bungee cords. I use mine on an 800xc and often attach it on the rear seat. Great bag, make sure to get the rain cover. Mar 2, 2015

Mark B: In my experience this bag works best when it has maximum "base" support. It didn't work as well as I'd hoped on my Ural using the fender rack (modified to about 10 1/2 inches wide) as support.

Hope this helps

Joe M: Yea, it will a elk without out a rack. I originally bought it for my Triumph Bonneville and it sat nicely on the bench seat. I stopped it down to the frame below each side of the seat. Mar 1, 2015

Arthur T: I don't see why not. I hook it onto the bench seat of my '71 BMW R75/5...then swap it over to my DR350 seat too. Great bag! Mar 1, 2015

A S asked: How long are the straps that fix this to the rack? Would I be able to put it on top of my 1gallon rotopax or maybe even two?
Bike: 2014 KTM 690 enduro R
Rack: Nomadic KTM 690 Aluminum Rear Luggage Rack
Rotopax: Rotopax KTM 1 Gallon Gasoline Fuel Pack

marc c: i have the bag... i just measured the bungees... they are 10" (12" to end of the hook)... extended they will stretch another 6" or so... if it will fit your particular application, i do not know... but i hope the measurement helps you out some...

i would also think, if you like the bag, stretch cord shouldn't be too hard to find... then you could make the bungees as long as you want... the hoops are a simple design that can be removed in seconds.. the bungees are just a loop of cord pushed through a metal eyelet in the bottom of the bag with a know where the 2 ends are... the knot acts as the anchor in the hole... simple yet effective system that is easily modded...
