The Deluxe Kit consists of two adjustable under-seat straps and Wolfman's “Tension-O-Matic” rear strap. 

The Tension-O-Matic rear strap uses gutter hooks and tension to grab the rear fender, allowing the bag to be moved further back to give the rider more seat room.
