Vance Hines Twin Slash Staggered Exhaust Yamaha Bolt 2014-2015 4.7 5 13 13
SOUNDS AWESOME! Very happy with my purchase. I have them combined with V02 intake and a tune from Ivans Performance. WOW!!! Totally changes the sound and feel of the bolt. Solid performance, sounds mean, and looks great. April 25, 2015
Love it They sound great, install wasn't to bad to do, the heat shield being the worst part mainly because it's tedious. Didnt take long to install at all. Highly recommend. March 9, 2015
great pipes great price Took me about three hours total to get old pipes out and new ones on. Including clean up and test ride. My biggest fear was alleviated when I fired her up the first time and I had that deep throaty rumble that I have been searching for. No backfires (so far) and it's smooth riding. March 3, 2015
Worth every dime! The Vance & Hines Exhaust sounds agressive, yet smooth when reving the engine. They not only improve the sound to alert other drivers you are around, but they also look really great on the bike. I love every bit of these pipes & could never regret the decision regardless of the price. They are easy to install, and improve the bike as well. December 22, 2014
Best $ I ever spent These pipes make my bike. They showed up on time and 4 hrs after UPS delivered them I had my OEM exhaust off, these installed sounding better than I expected and riding around town. The only negative was 2 of the band clamp arrows were pointing the wrong way in the instructions. I had to remove and reinstall so they we're accessible after installed. (The youtube installation video was a huge help. They're band clamps were facing the right way.) The bike runs a little hotter. I plan on getting the Fuelpack soon. That'll cool it down and add some HP. December 21, 2014
these pipes are beast! Real loud, they look real clean. Good design. One thing be careful on the installation cover the motor so you don't scratch the paint. November 10, 2014
Great Sound | Great Quality Installation was very easy - the quality of the exhaust is amazing... and the sound is sooo much better than stock!! I would definitely recommend this product. Packaging was top notch and delivered fast. September 9, 2014
WOW! Nice Pipes! I was a little worried to order these, I didn't want it to have a hollow fake sound. Lets be honest we may not want a Harley for many reasons or just cant afford one. But we all love the V-Twin sound... After installing the pipes I turned on the key put my finger on the start button and with a slight hesitation with worry of how do I explain to Revzilla I need to return these... I hit the button and immediately brought a smile to my face! nice solid sound, not a Harley, but a nice tone. July 3, 2014

clinton w: bike is way too quiet and this will make it look mean Feb 11, 2015
S D: Time to do some things to my 2014 Yamaha Bolt .... i am a Two Brothers guy and have the Black Series on all three of my sport bikes .... carbon fiber and titanium. This Vance and Hines looks awesome for my Bolt .... not a fan of shiny chrome and love the black .. Aug 30, 2014
Ralph E: Like the Vance & Hines product line Mar 23, 2014
John M: The stock exhaust is not very attractive and does not have a pleasant sound. I am not looking for loud exhaust, but I want it to sound deep and throaty. I have heard the pipes on Youtube, but it is impossible to know what they will really sound like. I hope they sound great. I am taking the chance because the pipes are beautiful and make the bike look they way it should, sleek and balanced. Mar 16, 2014
Chris F: My drag pipes sound good at idle but thats about it!
can't go wrong with Vance and Hinds

Larry G: I prefer the duel exhaust look over the 4" single tube and Vance & Hines are a reputable company. Only regret would be I lose the perforated heat shield which gives the Bolt a distinct bold look. Feb 15, 2014
A shopper asked: Is a fuel controller needed with this system? Can I bolt this system on my stock bike and not have to do anything to the fuel or air systems? May 19, 2014

John H: Yes for proper fuel air mixture you need a "fuel controller". I bought mine with the exhaust and did not try it or would I try it without. May 21, 2014

John S: This system does require a power commander. Vance and Hines makes a fuel pack for around $250 I believe. May 21, 2014

Brendan L: Have you upset your locals yet? I haven't bought these yet, but know I will like to buy the quiet baffles. Please let us know if you found the right sized baffle on revzilla. Thanks! Apr 14, 2015

A shopper asked: Is there much involved in the install. Can I do it myself? Mar 7, 2014

Larry G: One of the main things is disconnect the O2 sensor before removing the old exhaust. There are video's that will show you step by step. A good one you can find on Low and Mean's web site. Pretty basic stuff just take your time and be patient. My grandson wanted to help so I broke bolts loose and he removed them and it was nice to have a second pair of hand when installing the new pipes. Takes about 1 1/2 hrs. from start to finish. I also installed the Cobra intake system and the Cobra Fi2000r fuel processor. The fuel processor was a challenge so if you're not real mechanically inclined you might want to take that one to a shop but you should be able to install the pipes yourself. Mar 7, 2014

Larry G: I'm not sure but there are screws toward the end of the pipes so I'm thinking you can but why would you as these pipes are pretty loud. Mar 7, 2014
