Now my Harley sounds like a Harley Had these put on my 2014 Harley XL 883N Iron and, wow, do they sound awesome, and they look good too. What a difference between the stock pipes and these. At first, I thought maybe they were too loud 'cause they actually gave me a headache. After a couple of days of ear plugs, then forgetting to put the plugs in, I've gotten used to them. My bike actually rides a bit better too. A friend likened my stock pipes to someone running with their mouths closed. Definitely a lot throatier and now my bike sounds like she's a Harley. Good, but pricey Great sound and look on my stock 2014 Iron. A bit pricey for slip ons (if you order the black ones). For a little extra I could have purchased V&H Short Shots, but I am very happy with the product and would recommend these to a friend. July 7, 2014
This product was worth the money After havig the stock pipes on my 2014 Harley Davidson Sportster 883 for about a month i knee i need an upgrade that would make my bike more noticible. I looked around and debated on getting slip ons or the full kit. And at the time all i could afford was the slip on's and i was not Let down. The Vance Hines twin splash slip on have my bike a while ned aditude and i love it. I turn heads when i roll into parking lots. The twin splash were very easy to put on and fairly inexpensive for the quality that u will be getting. July 7, 2014
Amazing These pipes sound gorgeous and revzilla came through with no problems throughout the whole process..... They have a mean growl to them even though they are only slip ons.... I too was skeptical, but trust me..... NOTHING to worry about.... vance and hines delivers..... I would recommend to anyone June 12, 2014
Product was great! I have a 2014 Iron 883 the stock exhaust was a little to quiet. So I bought these slip ons and they were easy to put on they came well packaged and on time with shipping. From the first start up instantly the sound I was looking for great bang for the buck when I roll everyone now looks to see I've gotten so many compliments! May 26, 2014
Too loud I bought the mufflers and stock baffles were way too loud for me. Right ear ringing. Ordered "quiet" baffles and installed them. They sounded better but we're still too loud not really much quieter. Unfortunately I think they'll have to go. If you want really loud pipes these are the ones to get. Look for mine on eBay. Simple an awesome I was a little skeptical about the sound I would get from "just slip ons" no need to worry, about as loud as a full exhaust costing much more. Perfect for my sportster iron 883 April 4, 2014
Worth the money! Look great sound great. Very easy install. Fast service from Revzilla. Thanks January 21, 2014

landon r: The heat shields for the slip on portion of the exhaust are included you do however have to purchase seperate black shields for the pipe portion from engine exit to the slip onsif u so choose. I think the stock chrome into black slip ons is sweet just my opinion. Jun 11, 2014

I've read lots of it and some says to keep the performance or improve we need to change the air filter system as well. Please advise. May 6, 2014

Troy S: I've got these on my Iron 883 with no performance issues. I didn't need to do any re-tuning (I've got the stock air filter).

They sound great! Not obnoxiously loud, but people definitely hear me coming and going. :)
