Answer: 
Yes, this Vance Hines SS2-R Slip-On Exhaust for Yamaha FZR600 1989-1999 will "bolt-on" to a FZR 600 of the correct years with out any modification needed to mount. However, because this bike is carburetor, it is recommended to have the carb's adjusted to compensate for the free-er flow of the new exhaust or it will run lean. You may need a Dyno Jet or Factory Pro Jet Kit to set up proper fueling with the new exhaust.
