Good product , no end cap.
Quick delivery, great packaging, easy install and great sound, however, on my V&H original ovals the inside slash is spot-welded to the baffle. There is no way to remove these and install them on the new baffles short of cutting them off and re-welding them. I now have the "single slash" look. :-(

A shopper asked:I have the Vance & Hines Twin Slash Slip-On's for 2011 Harley Ultra, which quieter baffle do I need? I see one but when it says oval makes me wonder if fit the Round slash style, maybe dumb question, but want be sure..Thanks..Sep 22, 2014
Michael T:Hi, To answer your question since I've had both slip-ons, the twin slash rounds and the twin slash ovals on my 2013 Ultra. No! They are entirely different baffles. The one for the ovals is a full replacement baffle for the stock baffles and as you would think is oval in shape. Whereas the rounds have only a quiet baffle insert the fits inside the stock baffle and is bolted to it. There is no way you can use the oval quiet baffle in the round slip-on because of it's oval shape. Will not fit.
As far as the quiet baffle insert that's for the rounds fitting the ovals I really don't think I can answer. The baffle part itself on oval is a round cylinder as shown in the picture it's only the outer part at the one end that is oval and bolts to the slip-on. The quiet baffle insert is round and indeed might fit inside the oval stock baffle but it may not bolt to is or might be to large or small for a good fit. That's a question for V&H Techs.....MJTSep 23, 2014
