02 sensor bung screws
I purchased these to plug those pesky o2 sensor holes that came in my new Vance and Hines twin slash staggard pipes since i don't have o2 sensors. The 12mm plugs fit my pipes perfectly.

Worked perfect when eliminating o2 sensors
When I did the stage one uprgade on my 14 Dyna the EFI tuner I installed eliminated the o2 sensors. The plugs fit perfectly in the Vance and Hines shortshots I got. Plugs are high quality and the copper washers are sure to keep a tight seal. You might be able to come up with something for less money but in my opinion spending an extra 5 bucks to get something you know is going to work is worth it.

You will need these if your motorcycle is earlier than a 2007 and NOT fuel injected. Something somewhere should have said, you entered this make, model, and year of bike, you will need these plugs. It didn't. Either way, plugs worked fine and as long as you don't have the pipes already installed they are easy to fit.

A S asked:Tried this product on my 2010 KTM RC8. Good quality part & easy install except that one won't snug all the way into the exhaust bung -- it threads properly and gets about 80% in, then feels as though it's bottomed out. There is still >1/8" between the head of the plug and the rim of the bung -- enough that the included washer rattles audibly.
Any suggestions on why the plug might not go in further (I've already checked and cleaned all threads)? Alternatively, any reason to keep the washer? If not, I could replace it with Loctite and avoid the rattle.Mar 9, 2015
A S:You've got welding slag in a bottom thread. if you have the correct size thread tap run it in the hole or get a second washer to take up the space. Alot easier to remove the plug down the road than your loctite.Apr 4, 2015
Dax F asked:Not sure what size I'm needing if I get the vance and Hines big radius exhaust. Bike has no O2 sensor on it. Figured this site would suggest the right size? So is it 12mm or 18mm for an 02 FLSTF with no O2 sensor?Jan 29, 2014
