This kit is well worth the price
It came in quick and was what I expected from an on line store.

Poor sound performance
For music, severely lacks mid-tone and bass range so it's irritating . For cell phone, I can hear caller well 75% of the time - at speeds between 40-60mph. Below 40mph, sound improves slightly. Caller cannot hear me 80%-85% of the time.
Install was easy. The removable clip tool (see photo) for mounting the clamp mount needs improving as the inside clip is hard to remove without fear of snagging or tearing the helmet liner. When there's a need to remove the clip mount, it's also hard to insert the inside clip. Rubber anti-slip pads works great as it kept the whole unit tacky to my helmet. I did not experience any slipping or fear of the main unit coming loose during the ride as I constantly use the unit to play/stop, forward and rewind music tracks, not to mention the constant volume adjustments, due to the poor sound quality of the speakers. Have not used the double-sided tape mount.
Overall, I think this is way overpriced for an accessory that lacks in it's primary purpose - sound. This was a replacement for the missing mounts from my UClear unit. I went ahead and used the new speakers, hoping it would solve the poor sound from my old speakers... no such luck.
Used on HJC CL-33 helmet (3/4 with full faceshield). May install on full-face to see if there's a difference but the 3/4 helmet is used 80% of my rides.

Great little speakers
I have this on my scorpion EXO 700 and 400 The 700 is more soundproof and the speakers have a nice sound and are loud.

If you are reffering to the UClear HBC100 Accessory Pack (Audi Kit), then YES - it comes with 2 mounting plates. I clip type and one double-sided tape type. With anti-slip rubber feet to protect against scratching your helmet and keeps the clip from sliding in any direction. A pair of round velcro pads, a USB cable and a pair of metal clips for removing/installing the clip mounts. See the photo of the side of the box, indicating what's included.
