Ryan W:There is no Torx Wrench or O rings in this kit. It just has the fiberglass mat, the rivets, and the drill bit. If you need the bolts, there is a separate hardware pack you would have to get. I had to get it too...
The only other thing i will mention is that to increase the life of the packing they recommend using stainless steel wool to cover the perforated cylinder that you would wrap the fiberglass mat around. It helps dissipate the pulses from the exhaust, and allows the mat to not be blown out as fast.
**Only use stainless!!!! Regular steel wool burns up!!!**Aug 21, 2014
Michael G:It is Two Brothers Original. It does not include the wrench or o-rings. It is just packing material and rivets. I recommend getting new torx bolts along with this as they are aluminum and soft. I had to drill 1 out and I've been riding around short 1 end cap bolt. Aug 21, 2014
Terry R:I repacked my 2006 R1,, and had just enough to do the two cans. But they were the GYTR aftermarket pipes, which are a little shorter. If you have the stock cans, you might need two.May 29, 2014
Taylor R:If by O-rings you means the rivets yes they are. The only thing needed for repacking the exhaust is a rivet gun of the correct sizing. I believe a small set from a local hardware store would include a little pilot bit but I don't quite remember. Then just follow the instructions.Apr 13, 2014
Ryan B:No, my kit did not come with the o-rings that they recommend you replace. Mine didn't look so bad, so I left them. I did needed to replace some of the steel wool, so you might want to have some handy. Still haven't had a chance to test it out yet. Apr 12, 2014
