Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust Kawasaki Ninja 650R / ER-6n /  Versys 650

Each Two Brothers Racing M2 Slip-On features the same high level of quality construction and is designed to be fully-serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. All TBR’s M series slip-on exhaust systems feature the innovative V.A.L.E. system with CNC'ed aluminum inlets. The V.A.L.E. system is TBR's revolutionary, patented method of attaching the muffler canisters to the mid-pipe without the use of springs or welding. This system allows the muffler assembly - exhaust mid-pipe and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and mid-pipe are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the mid-pipe assuring a perfect, leak-free connection.

Two Brothers' mid-pipes are manufactured from .035" thick stainless steel and feature a polished satin finish. They exclusively use 304 stainless steel for its high rust resistance. After a few heat cycles the 304 steel turns a golden amber color, which is the signature of high quality stainless steel. The exhaust note produced by all of Two Bros exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty, without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters. But this bark would be pointless without a bad bite, so no matter which great sounding TBR’s exhaust you choose they will all reduce weight and deliver additional horsepower and torque.

As the government aka “The Man” pushes for greater emission restrictions, motorcycle manufacturers are forced to make their exhausts heavier and more restrictive. Two Brothers Racing has given the motorcycle community the means to stick it to the man with the M Series Slip-On Exhaust.

Great quality looks and sounds fantastic & it brings a smile to your face I have a Versys 650 and two years in with her I was getting a little bit bored. Thought I would liven things up and after lots of investigation on forums etc., I purchased the Two Brothers slip on exhaust. I have a euro spec bike so the o2 sensor (LAMBDA) has to be left off and I am waiting on a bypass plug for that (Dan at Two Brothers was very helpful with advice). The sound from the TB can is amazing, pussycat to tiger in 1 step. Power feels well up, you can feel the bike breathing easier. It comes with the P1 Power Tip and I have now ordered the P1X Power Tip, really to keep my buddies off my back about their ears ringing when I am in front (might keep the officers off your back as well). Highly recommended and thanks again to Revzilla for great service. February 4, 2015
Great Aftermarket Clip-on Exhaust This thing sounds like a beast. The videos floating around YouTube does not do it justice. I own a 2011 Kawasaki Ninja 650R. Installation was really simple. Before tightening all the pieces down, make sure that the exhaust does not impeded the operation of the rear brake and does not prevent the lower fairing piece from seating properly. I purchased the Carbon Fiber Black Series; it looks amazing on my black Ninja. Furthermore, unlike the Yoshi exhaust, this exhaust maintains a rather low profile. December 1, 2014
This Exhaust Sounds Amazing! This really woke up my Ninja 650, i didnt know i had an engine until i put this exhaust on. piece of cake putting it on the instructions were clear and foolproof, i mean really i dont see how they coulda screwed them up. Sounds alot deeper in person than all the videos i watched before buying. and you know its good if your parents hate it lol September 25, 2014
Bang for the buck Great quality, loud sound and its very light, did not notice that much difference in performance. Only cons i have is backfire. Other than that great product for its price November 4, 2013
Great product! I bought this exhaust because I heard great things about 2 brothers and I'm glad I did. It was very easy to install, it looks great, acceleration has improved greatly on it, and it sounds way better than the stock exhaust. October 7, 2013
It's a great exhaust, but has some quirks. Overall the exhaust is great, but I had a few issues when I first installed it. The directions that are given are really poor. They remind me of building ikea furniture. Luckily it's a pretty simple design so just a little mechanical intuition and you should be good. I had some clearance issues with the fairing, but a phone call and couple emails the two bros racing got it mostly figured out. In the end I trimmed about two inches off the belly fairing. You wouldn't noticed unless you looked for it. The exhaust sounds a bit like a dirt bike but the two cylinder is to blame for that. Once it gets over 6k rpm it picks up a pitch and sounds more like a sport bike. I can feel a performance difference. September 2, 2013
Great sound! I love this exhaust. It turned my sewing machine Versys into an amazing grumble factory. No real notice in power but the sound has caused me to break it loose regularly. July 10, 2013

Jacob D: It's badass. May 15, 2014

Barbara D: I listened to multiple exhausts for my Ninja 650R and i like Two Brothers the best. I didn't sound lame like other exhausts. Revzilla had the best price. Apr 12, 2014

Mathew H: Hello, The ER6N is my daughter's. Stock it sounded like a sewing machine and was plugged up. I opened the intake, remapped it and put a full MUZZY exhaust and it ran good. The MUZZY exhaust FELL APART in about 5000 miles so I put a new stock header pipe and Two Brothers can on it. The quality of this can construction is beautiful. To answer your question, sorry, I have never put it on a sound meter. It is loud. It sounds very throaty and pops a little.(I really like the way it sounds, runs and looks) I run an open collector on a heavily modified ZRX 1200 and uncorked Leo Vince cans on a KTM 950SM and haven't been stopped for noise in 30 years and a quarter million miles.(CA) If you really want to be compliant, you'll have to rely on Two Brothers info. If I had access to a meter, I'd gladly check it and tell you. I suggest you go really fast so when they catch you they are too fired up to worry about the exhaust noise.(Always worked for me!) Have fun, great bike.

Brandon H: When I bought mine the baffle was installed altough it is about 5 minutes to change it is super simple and easy as it is only a few bolts and the Alan wrench is provided to install and remove if desired I recommend it without because it is just so nice sounding best sounding bike I've heard personally. Hope this helped out. Sep 23, 2014

William R asked: I was looking at the installation guide and it says you have to repack it after 3,000 miles, is that right? or a typo, I heard Anthony talking about another brand of exhaust (slip on) and he said every 30,000 miles you would need to repack. Nov 18, 2015
