Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust Triumph Tiger 800 2011-2013

Slip-On exhaust systems replace your existing “s-bend” pipe and exhaust canister. Two Brothers' s-bends are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. Two Brothers' uses only #304 stainless which will never rust.

After a few heat cycles the steel turns a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel.

These systems not only add horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. This type of canister can be mounted in the original canister position or in a “high” mounted canister position depending on the bike.

The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's V.A.L.E.™ slip-on exhaust systems and flange-on systems feature CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of their Top Level™ exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.

V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust. The V.A.L.E.™ system is TBR's revolutionary and patented method of attaching their muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Their V.A.L.E. systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

NOTE: This exhaust is CARB compliant. Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Works as advertised Fir was perfect and a snap. Only took a few minutes. Finish is very good. It's not overly loud nor obnoxious with the extra baffle in place. Neighbors didn't even notice. The bike does pull harder in mid range rpm's. That's apparent. Not dramatic but it's there. February 10, 2014
Dropped 10 pounds... The stock Tiger 800 exhaust is heavy and wimpy sounding. The 2bros fixes both problems. The sound is great and it only weighs 4 pounds. For my ears, it drones a little at about 3000 RPM. However, highway speed is no louder than stock and it completely eliminates that sewing machine sound. The snap crackle and pop on deceleration makes me laugh most every time! August 2, 2013
Excellent Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On I recently purchased the Two Brothers M-2 pipe for my 2012 Tiger. The quality of the pipe is typical Two Brothers top notch. The install was effortless, took about 15 minutes. I took the bike out this morning for a short 120 mile shakedown cruse.. The route was about 30 miles of freeway droning and 80 miles of Arizona sweepers and canyon roads. Freeway riding brings out the only downside of this upgrade. My usual sweet spot for freeway riding is 4500-4600 rpm making about 75 mph.The Two Brothers pipe changes the personality of the bike, it drones, loudly. However once on the back roads where I could vary rpms the pipe definitely adds some teeth to this Tiger. After speaking with Two Brothers I ordered a decibel killer from Revzilla, part #P-x1, that should lower the decibels by 7-9DB. I really hopes this works, I like everything about the pipe,,almost. greg n: Yes, if you want to maximize performance. A re-map will pull a bit more hp from the motor. It is not critical though if you are just looking for a throaty sounding exhaust note. Feb 28, 2014
