Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust Honda CBR 250 R

Slip-On exhaust systems replace your existing “s-bend” pipe and exhaust canister. Two Brothers' s-bends are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. Two Brothers' uses only #304 stainless which will never rust.

After a few heat cycles the steel turns a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel.

These systems not only add horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. This type of canister can be mounted in the original canister position or in a “high” mounted canister position depending on the bike.

The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's V.A.L.E.™ slip-on exhaust systems and flange-on systems feature CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of their Top Level™ exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.

V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust. The V.A.L.E.™ system is TBR's revolutionary and patented method of attaching their muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Their V.A.L.E. systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Amazing! I purchased the Carbon Fiber Black Series after sombody hit my bike with their car and this was the insurance check! Overall I would say its an amazing product. It really amps up the volume and the aggressive sound of the bike. So people actually see me now when I'm riding. Its really aggressive when your quickly accelerating but then calms down when your just cruising. But the downside is you louse most of your ability to engine brake with the increased flow. The instal was a bit finiky but overall it was pretty easy took me about 20 minutes to get everything done after I got the stock pipe off. It comes with one of the Power tips in it and as of now I have it in because the cops around here will pull you over in a heartbeat if your bike is too loud. March 31, 2014
Just what I wanted This product is light and gives off enough sound to let people know I'm coming. Just what I asked for :) May 15, 2013
Great product Was relatively easy to install and it sounds and works great. Easily worth the money. Also of course looks great. February 14, 2013

A shopper asked: Will my bike stall when its cold after installing this exhaust? Nov 11, 2013

Tanner P: No. It is always nicer to the bike if you let it warm up for a few minutes first (I let it get to one heat bar on the readout) but if you need to just start it and go for some reason, it runs fine Nov 12, 2013

Ed J: I don't know an a carb model. But works nice on my daughters 2013 fuel injected model. I don't know why it wouldn't? Dec 30, 2013

Neil d: I guess this was my fault, but I was referring to the California Air Resources Board. As far as I know, not many exhausts meet those regulations, but If my memory serves me right, I remember some two brother exhausts on some used bikes (like the 600RR ). Do people just ignore it?
