Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhausts

Slip-On exhaust systems replace your existing “s-bend” pipe and exhaust canister. Two Brothers' s-bends are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. Two Brothers' uses only #304 stainless which will never rust.

After a few heat cycles the steel turns a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel.

These systems not only add horsepower but also can drop significant weight from your bike. This type of canister can be mounted in the original canister position or in a “high” mounted canister position depending on the bike.

The entire line of TBR M Series canisters feature the same high level of quality construction and are designed to be fully serviceable in the event of damage, routine maintenance or the occasional repack. Two Brothers Racing's V.A.L.E.™ slip-on exhaust systems and flange-on systems feature CNC'ed aluminum inlets. These special designs provide for ease of maintenance as well as simplified construction, which is what a premium performance product is all about! The exhaust note produced by all of their Top Level™ exhaust systems is best described as being deep and throaty without suffering from the shrill whine normally associated with other manufacturer's straight through muffler canisters.

V.A.L.E. = Variable Axis Locking Exhaust. The V.A.L.E.™ system is TBR's revolutionary and patented method of attaching their muffler canisters to the exhaust tube without the use of springs or welding. Their V.A.L.E. systems allow the muffler assembly - exhaust tube and canister - to be positioned perfectly on the bike before all the mounting hardware is fully tightened. Once the canister and exhaust tubes are properly aligned, the V.A.L.E. assembly locks the muffler canister to the exhaust tube assuring a perfect, leak-free fit.

2010 Ninja 250R - Two Brothers M-2 VALE Slip-On Exhaust First time I have ever used RevZilla for parts and accessories. I placed my order on 4/10/13 and I had it on 4/12/13. I have already installed the TBR exhaust this morning. This thing sounds awesome. It has a deep rumble when it starts and you can definitely hear it now. It was easy to install...took me longer to get the stock off then to get this one on. It looks great and sounds great. Glad I bought this one!!!!! April 13, 2013

Best price on a great product This is by far the best price I could find for a quality exhaust pipe. I checked with all of my local parts dealers and several online sites and revzilla was the cheapest. This TB exhaust pipe has everything I was looking for, looks, loud, and durable. The instalation was easy and fairly fast, the only time consuming part was that my 08 SV650s required me to cut the header pipe vs. unbolting it. Loud and great style, nice product! Great looks, great sound, great price I did alot of research on exhausts both online and from friends before i decided on the two brothers m2 black series carbon fiber exhaust. I installed it on my 2008 Honda Cbr600rr with my brother in about an hour. It took us this long because it was my first time working on my bike and i was labeling all the bolts and parts just to be on the safe side. The sound is perfect, just enough roar and the weight loss is nice. I get so many compliments on my bike now and im turning heads everywhere I go. after a few weeks the midpipe does turn a gold color as promised and the sound of the pipe gets deeper. I noticed for some exhausts out there people are showing vids of how to cut them to look better but the black series exhaust sticks out about an inch from the back of the tail on the cbr and looks perfect. so if your thinking of putting in an integrated tail light no exhuast modification will be required because the can wont cover it. I recomend this produst to all cbr riders because i know the sound and fitment. Revzilla team was great as well on customer service if you have any questions they are willing to talk to you over the phone and answer everything you can think of. Have fun stay safe Gabe. Excellent - but with a few things to remember Finish and quality is excellent. Really well done. The fender eliminator kit is also really great looking. Keep in mind you'll have no fender now, so the exhaust / underside of the bike is going to get nasty in the rain very quickly. Hope you like washing your bike! Every time I accelerate I find myself going "OH YES" however after 15 minutes of cruising I find myself now going "bleehghbhghg" as my brain bleeds from the penetrating drone. Earplugs help but only so much. The other guys I've ridden with on longer treks hate being behind me. Sorry guys!! September 30, 2012

Slip on exhausts are pretty easy to install. I put mine on last week and it took 20 min. Directions are straight forward and easy to follow.

Answer:

No mounting hardware comes with it. You use the same hex screws. They also want you to use a frame bolt but I could not get it off so I just stuck it on the bolt. Plate is snug on there so I don't think it is going to move off.
