Two Brothers M-2 VALE Exhaust System Yamaha FZ6R

This system completely replaces your existing exhaust system. This not only adds horsepower, but also can drop significant weight from your bike. Two Brothers' builds their header systems as a complete unit.

Their finished system flows better at the collectors, makes more power and does not vibrate on the bike.

TBR's superbike stainless steel headers are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. The ductile quality of stainless steel makes it possible to produce extremely light and strong headers. TBR uses only premium #304 stainless which will never rust and after a few heat cycles will turn a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel. This type of canister can be mounted in the original position or in a “high” mounted position depending on the bike.

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

Best mod yet! After countless hours of reading blogs and watching YouTube videos on how to upgrade the FZ6R exhaust, I decided to purchase the Two Brothers carbon full exhaust system, and I could not be happier with my choice. This exhaust will bring the beast that was hiding behind the stock exhaust to life. I would attempt to describe the differnece in sound, tone, decibel but there no point. It can't be put in to words. When it comes to exhaust, don't try to take the inexpensive way out and "just make something work". Do it right the first time. Suggestion - install was extremely easy and straight forward. Although, it was very helpful to have another person there. This is the product you need to transform your bike. May 6, 2015
Fantastic FZ6R Upgrade I bought my FZ6R knowing that I would ditch the stock exhaust. The bike from the factory is comfortable, great looking, and has plenty of power for around town but it sounds like an angry weed eater. The install was easy, there are great install videos on youtube and the included instructions have plenty of detail. The fit and finish are just what I expected for the price and it bolted up perfectly to the bike. I installed the system along with a Power Commander V and emissions block off plates to reduce popping. I did notice a small increase in performance but the sound alone completely transforms the FZ6R. I haven't tried removing the DB killer, with it installed I definitely need to wear earplugs. TBR also has higher powered DB killer tips if you're afraid it's going to be too loud. May 4, 2015
2014 Yamaha FZ6R I've been making mods to my FZ6R and this is one of the big steps I've taken. This thing is LOUD and it was well worth the money. Stock exhaust sounds like a kitten compared to this. I'm already getting compliments. August 12, 2014
Quiet Purr to Massive Roar This full system exhaust made the FZ6R loud enough to be heard multiple block away. The exhaust system came with instructions as well. It's a really great purchase if you have $1000 just laying around. January 20, 2014
What a great sound It took alittle doing but was pretty easy to install. I'm very happy with the sound. My friends told me the stock exhaust sounded like a sewing machine, well no more! The power curve and overall performance was increased 10 fold. The carbon fiber gives it a great look. Thanks! September 9, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
A S: if you have a FZ6r this should be your first mod! i was shocked at the difference in sound and performance you can really feel the boost in acceleration and the bike sounds incredible. The stock exhaust is way too quiet almost dangerously. now people actually move when I'm in traffic and no more merging into me! Oct 20, 2014
Clyde D: To make my FZ6R noticeable. I want a "head turner". Jan 2, 2014
Jesse L: More HP and torqe, sounds awesome, looks awesome! Hell yeah can't wait to install.. Oct 26, 2013
A shopper asked: Does this FZ6r exhaust require a power commander ? May 13, 2015

Jake O: It doesn't require a fuel controller but it is recommended and you will see a much better boost in performance. I was strapped for cash after I bought mine so I got a "juice box" instead of the "power commande" to save 200 bucks and it been fine for me. The company puts a pre programed map on there specifically for your bike with that exaust. Very helpful. I definitely saw a performance boost with both of them. Hope this helps May 15, 2015

Paul Q: No it does not require one but if you have the $$$ to get one I suggest you get it in the near future but it's fine without it. It does hesitate a little when you first start up and give it throttle but with in a minute or two it's fine. Hope this helps you out. May 14, 2015

kyle P: No. But it's strongly recommend to prevent backfire and popping and the pipe is useless unless you can give more fuel to the engine May 13, 2015

joshua w: It does not, I had bought one with my pipe, had a hard time getting it set right, ran the bike with the juice box turned off May 13, 2015

Michael G asked: I just got a 2013 model fz6r and it has an O2 sensor just before the cat, is there a bung or something similar to install it on the new system, I still have warranty on the bike so I want to avoid a juice box of something like that? Nov 7, 2013

Glenn E: I bought the full two brothers exhaust system for my new fz6r when I had 46 miles on the bike. There was no orfice built into the system for the O2 sensor. When you read about the two brothers system they tell you this is a race system not intended for street use. I ride it on the street with no problems with noise. It's got a great sound and the performence boost it out of this world. Buy it you won't be sorry!

David M: If there isn't one on the new system, you could add your own. You can buy a weld on bung and either have it welded on or do it yourself.
However that would most likely, void the warranty on the new pipe

Oliver D: The good cs folks at RevZilla strongly advised against doing that. You can do some serious damage without it. Get a Power Commander, it's a good investment. Nov 14, 2013

Jorge M asked: I have the stock exhaust as well as the center stand. Do I need to remove the stand to be able to assemble this system or can I keep it? Jan 28, 2015
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Glenn E: My bike only had the side stand. That I did not have to remove. I do know the two brothers exhaust system tucks up much more than the stock loaf of bread. Feb 6, 2015
