Two Brothers M-2 VALE Exhaust System Kawasaki Ninja 650 R

This system completely replaces your existing exhaust system. This not only adds horsepower, but also can drop significant weight from your bike. Two Brothers' builds their header systems as a complete unit.

Their finished system flows better at the collectors, makes more power and does not vibrate on the bike.

TBR's superbike stainless steel headers are manufactured from .035" thin wall stainless steel. They then polish them to a satin finish. The ductile quality of stainless steel makes it possible to produce extremely light and strong headers. TBR uses only premium #304 stainless which will never rust and after a few heat cycles will turn a golden amber color which is the characteristic signature of high quality stainless steel. This type of canister can be mounted in the original position or in a “high” mounted position depending on the bike.

NOTE: Please check local laws before purchasing. Some modifications may be prohibited in some states.

great sound and look Love it!. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . .. . . . . . . . . . . ................. August 25, 2014
2013 Kawasaki ninja 650 This exhaust is great, after instal noticed the improvement in power and the sound is a nice deep tone. I took the quiet tip out for that extra boost in sound. Installed a juice box at the same time and both were well worth the money. MPG still runs about 45-50 averaging 46.5... July 14, 2014
Good Quality Exhaust System I ordered the Two Brothers Exhaust System for my 2014 Kawi Ninja 650. Two Brothers only makes the full system for the 2014. So it’s a little pricy. The instructions from Two Brothers could be a little better with color photos, as the black and white were somewhat difficult to desphire. The instructions state that you need to remove the entire right side fairing. Not necessary. You simply remove the (3) pop out plastic rivets on the bottom of the fairing and you can access the entire exhaust system. The removal of the stock exhaust and installation of the Two Brothers Full System Exhaust only took about an hour. The Two Brothers Full System Exhaust is amazing! I feel more lower end torque and through the mid-range as well. I didn’t install the “Power Nod” the little aluminum cap as I wanted the full sound. All I can say is that the Youtube Videos don’t do it justice. If you truly want an exhaust system that gives you more power through the mid-range and is very… and I mean very loud go with the Two Brothers Full System Exhaust. June 30, 2014
Sounds Great 1) I got the pipe to be loud -- much success 2) Looks great 3) Really really easy install since I paid Motorcycle Unlimited to install it since I have a history of breaking every single piece of plastic I have laid hands on in a car/truck. 4) No regrets April 12, 2014
Awesomeness achieved!!! Killer sound out of this exhaust. Turns the tweety bird stock exhaust into a mean sounding machine! I installed myself I'm about an hour. Not a motorcycle tech but I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I'd say your average joe could do this him/herself with no worries. I popped out the 3 big plastic rivets on the bottom of the fairing to get the exhaust out and out the new one in so you actually don't have to take the right side fairing off like they tell you to. Would be easier to install but taking fairings off can be a challenge. So ease of install was like 10 out of 5 stars haha. Also it looks and sounds great. Don't think just buy! April 9, 2014
Great Product! The Exhaust comes with the P1 Tip. Great Sound, makes the bike sound more deeper. Gives the bike a little more kick. You need a Power Commander or Juice Box to get optimal performance. March 24, 2014
Very easy to install. Great sound. This is very easy to install it is quite loud. Oh yeah it is looks great, I would recommend this to anyone. Just make sure you buy the juice box that goes with it so that your bike doesn't backfire constantly. March 3, 2014
Great Exhaust for 2012 Kawasaki Ninja 650 This is a great exhaust kit. After doing a lot of research, I finally decided on the Two Brothers V.A.L.E. M2 Carbon exhaust. It took me about an hour to install and I didn't have to remove any fairings. The kit comes well packaged and arrived the day after I ordered it from Revzilla. The kit also has detailed colored installation instructions that were very helpful. The system sounds great and looks really good on the bike. Well worth the money that you will pay and buying from Revzilla always is great!! November 12, 2013

A shopper asked: I see that questions have been brought up on the legality in some states, is this legal in Texas? Jan 29, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (2) No (0)
Rodney N: The quick answer is probably not. When I received the exhaust system it is clearly labeled that it is illegal for street use in some states. I put mine on and kept the original system with the converter just in case. I did ask a couple of random police officers at a gas station how they determine if the exhaust is against the law. They said it was all about the 'db' level. While it is much louder than stock, it doesn't violate the sound level limitations. In the end, you are removing the cat and emissions stuff.. prob illegal in most states with all the environment issues.. I'll run mine til they tell me to take it off.. Love it! Jan 29, 2014

A shopper asked: Is this product legal on California streets? Aug 12, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Sam C: Not a chance. This system is very loud. That said, I've ridden with this exhaust in San Diego everyday for a year with no problem. I'd rather be heard by vehicles as I approach and pay a $50 ticket if I ever get one. They enacted a tough noise law as of January 1, 2013 (see SB435, Motorcycle Anti-Tampering Act). Aug 12, 2013

Ariel C: No, in California u are not allowed to make any mods to the exhaust my tech told me but I did it anyway and love it. Unless u are being a social menace police will leave u alone. I also blacked out my wind screen which is also illegal but have had no issues. Aug 12, 2013

Pedro H: I Believe all exhaust are made for track use only.
But we still use them on the street?
I'm from Cali and so far I haven't had any problems with the police and the exhaust is pretty load.

Logan G: This is a straight through, racing exhaust with no catalytic converter. So no, it's not street legal in California, but you could go with the Leo Vince full exhaust. Aug 12, 2013

Roberto G: As of 2013 no after market exhaust is legal in California on any motorcycle, but I have had no problems with mine.It doesn't seem to be enforced too severely. Aug 26, 2013

A shopper asked: Does anyone else feel like their passengers right foot will get cooked?, my right rear foot peg has noticeable tarnish from the exhaust and definitely gets hot, has anyone had any issues while riding with a passenger? Sep 7, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Jack P: No complaints from passengers. I've had girls on there wearing heels and wedges and they didn't complain either.

I think that there's too much going on riding a bike that they don't notice.

Alex H asked: Is this legal in Florida? Apr 15, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
Rodney N: Easy answer is, I don't know. I don't know how legal or illegal it is here in Texas. When I received the exhaust it states plain and simple that it is not street legal. I'm not sure if that is emissions or sound. I've had my bike pass inspection with the pipe on and haven't been bothered by the police. I would say to buy knowing that it might be a problem and keep your factory exhaust as a back up in the event you need to take the exhaust off. Apr 15, 2014
Reply to Rodney Good answer? Yes (0) No (0)
Craig M: Don't know about Florida but, I think this exhaust is listed as " race use " from Two Bros. A lot of this type of exhaust is listed that way to protect the company. Apr 16, 2014

A shopper asked: Hey guys I have a 2013 kawasaki ninja 650 , I just bought the two brothers exhaust I there anything else I need to get to have this system on my bike? Mar 7, 2014
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
jack s: Yes, lots of patience. One trick, if you find that the main body of the factory exhaust isn't coming out of the engine no matter what you do, try manipulating the center stand if you have one. In my case, the centerstand was keeping the old exhaust from coming out. Also, if you have a pneumatic drill or a high wattage electric drill, you may want to use it to take the factory bolts off. They are work hardened and heat hardened, so they really don't want to come off and will strip very easily. Overall, changing out the exhaust was no walk in the park. Be ready for a challenge.
