Quality not what i expected
Getting the main zipper started is a challenge sometimes. Kinda frustrating. Lots of useless pockets. To small to hold much of any thing of size, like a pair of gloves. If you do put something small in them, good luck retrieving it from the bad angled child size openings. Haven't tried it in the rain yet which is mostly why I bought it.

A little warm but otherwise excellent
Have worn it for about a thousand miles now and it feels like a great 3-season (fall, winter, spring) coat. Saturday the temps were in the upper 80's and it was humid, and I could have used some more vents. Waterproofing is good so far. I may replace the main zipper with a YKK, as it's a bit finicky for gloved hands sometimes.

Pretty good jacket for the price.
Jacket is comfy, very warm, and very water resistant.
I am 6'3" 200 lbs, I ordered a Large and it fits me well. There is not much room for anything more than a t-shirt underneath, but you don't really need much more than that because it is a very warm jacket when you have the liner zipped in. I have ridden in 40 degree weather with just a t-shirt and my body stays plenty warm.

So I have had this jacket since sometime in December 2014 I think and I have to say it has been amazing.
I got the Black and silver version. This thing has it all, waterproof outer shell, fully sleeved thermal quilted liner, this zipper can zip from the bottom to the top, and if you are short like me, you open it up from the bottom a little to for extra room.
It has an angled zipper pocket on either breast, and LARGE envelope style fold over super velcro pockets times 2 on the abdomen area. There are also hand warmer pockets with zippers in the normal locations for hand warmer pockets. All of these pockets are waterproof as well.
It has a large waterproof document pocket on the inside left of the jacket opening, and an additional mesh pocket on the reverse side.
Cool thing about the liner is that is has access to all of the internal pockets as well.
There is a good size pocket in the lower back area, I use it to stow extra gloves.
The air flow is so so. It is NOT A SUMMER jacket.
I have used this thing in to the low 20's and I was NOT COLD. I was not warm either but very very tolerable.
I am not a fan of the velcro wrist cuffs, but otherwise I LOVE this jacket!!!!

Blake N: Have a Saber 3 that I love, great features for the price. I wear the Saber 3 more than a couple of more expensive jackets, and like the slightly updated styling of the Saber 4.Jul 21, 2015
Leigh W: Previously had Saber Series 3 jacket that was rather badly cut up, but worked well, in a dump at 50 mph. Couldn't find an exact size/color replacement. I really liked that jacket for all its features, and was a bit bummed that I couldn't replace it. Series 4, although not having as elegant a color pattern IMHO, seems to be a match in features to the Series 3.Jul 4, 2015
Stephen M: Buying this for my son who started riding recently. I have a 7+- year old Sabre for cooler weather riding and am extremely pleased with it and the price point. You have a great web site and I know I'll be back for a helmet soon. Thanks!Dec 11, 2014
