The jeans fit well, the length was a little long but I am only 5 ft tall with a 28.5 inseam.
These jeans will be a great addition to my gear. They are stylish and feel like regular jeans.

The jeans are very comfortable
Love the fit of the jeans, very comfortable. I don't care for the distressed look and almost sent them back but comfort won out. Inseam was about 34" so had to shorten but better to long than to short.

Totally superficial
Revzilla's return department and my local shop could confirm that I've tried on a zillion pair of Kevlar jeans lately. Speaking from a purely style note, these are "nothing special" compared to my regular jeans, but worlds better than any kevlar jeans I've tried on! They don't make me look like I'm lumpy-pile-of-potatoes-shaped, they don't have crazy fading or obnoxious graphics. While there is some additional seaming to accomodate the protective features, it's subtle and doesn't scream "protective jeans." The rise is a bit mom-jeanish, but I like that in riding jeans because I don't have to worry about my butt hanging out. The removable knee protectors are actually not super obnoxiously noticeable.
Sizing note - as with all kevlar jeans I've tried on, I had to go down a size from my "street size."

Jeans that are likely to protect and are stylish.
I like everything about these jeans. Although I have not put them through the test of a slide on asphalt at speed (and hope I never will), they have Kevlar protection in all the right places, not just a few strategic ones. They also have robust seams that should hold up. The Size 4 fits me well--I'm 5'6", weigh 124lbs and have 38" hips. One thing to note is that the Teknic size chart claims they have a 28" inseam. I almost didn't order them because I need a 31" inseam, but I assumed the chart had to be mistaken and trusted Revzilla to make sure I'd not suffer if they did turn out to be too short for me. As it turned out, the inseam is 31" and perfect for the length of my legs.

Teknic jacket and race suits are European cut and are more narrow in the arms, chest and shoulders than other brands. Their leathers are particularly form fitting. RevZilla recommends ordering jackets and suits one size larger than Teknic size charts suggest.
