TechSpec Snake Skin Tank Pads Triumph Daytona 675 / R / Street Triple / R

The Snake Skin Tank Pads are the “Flagship Product”of the TechSpec line. Each Snake Skin Tank Pad features the most aggressive pattern available, which provides unparalleled grip and increased control. You'll feel the difference right away, as the pads allow you to decrease the pressure on your wrists, elbows and shoulders, improving the relationship between you and your machine! Perfect for any rider hitting the track!

Body position and weight control are essential techniques for all riding styles, not just aggressive riding. By griping the tank with your legs, you will improve overall control of your body motion, position and posture.

The Dave Moss Edition features smaller side tank pads compare to the standard type. This provides grip where you need it without excess padding.

  • Bike-specific tailored shape
  • Special adhesive back allows the tank pads to be removed and repositioned if necessary
  • Eliminates sliding
  • Improves riding style
  • Will not damage leather or textile pants
  • Includes left, right and center tank pads
  • Please use care when removing the paper backing from the adhesive so as not to pull the adhesive away from the Tank Pad

Note: Both options include the Tank Pro 6 "Spine Design" center tank pad. Installed image for shape and size reference only.

Great Product Nice and sticky as promised and provides a lot of relief for my wrists. Not to mention, I have better control of the motorcycle in corners. A "must install" for any sport motorcycle owner. August 30, 2015
Excellent handling improvement This is most likely the least expensive most powerful handling improvement modification you can make. This is a very easy to install tank pad, I feel it also enhanced the aesthetics of my motorcycle. The glue has not dehised in heat or with washing. The added grip makes taking tight turns more confident and when riding with a passenger you are better able to grip the tank on decel and braking preventing your genitals from colliding with the tank. Better grip! I started with a naked tank, then added the Tech Spec high fusion version. They had a good look but the grip ran a little light after a while. I just replaced them with these snakeskin grips and It feels so much better. I like feeling the grip on my legs. Especially when I have a passenger. No more sliding around and so much less fatigue on my wrists. Fantastic product with a nice clean classic look (Dave Moss edition). March 9, 2015

Christopher S: I have seen the option from the TechSpec webstite. Although, I did see the TechSpec Snake Skin general sheet from Revzilla for $48, but you may have to mod the shape of the pads. Apr 5, 2015
