Can't seem to retire these!!! I have had these gloves for over 2,500 miles and I just can't seem to part with them! They hold their shape while perfectly fitting my hands even after riding in rain and blistering heat. No fraying or even peeling of the lettering on the finger. Velcro strap gives you wide access into the glove while NOT bunching up and creating pressure points when strapped together. I have tried to incorporate new gloves just to change it up but I ditch them and go back to old faithful. I also use the gloves for some light mechanical work and as a towel to clear the bug splatter on my helmet shield. I highly recommend these for everyday use. April 12, 2013
horrible seams The seams are very prominent and super painful after long rides. The style looks great, and great protection in the rain. It has nice air flow on hot days. If the seams weren't so bad I'd love it. September 5, 2012
Perfect size, cool for the hot climate, perfect pick I was surprised to see how well these fit when they arrived at my door. And the absolute comfort level was incredible! My hands didn't feel stuffy or sweaty while wearing them! And I live in Florida, so we feel the heat all day, every day, so it was a nice change. I am confident in the fact that I will have a long time before I put this pair down and buy another, but would come running back to Revzilla to buy the next pair. Thanks for being speedy with your shipping and honest with your product! I will thoroughly enjoy the gloves. :) March 19, 2012

Answers

Answer: 
The knuckles have dense, molded padding in the knuckles, with a consistency similar to hard rubber. They are not hard parts.

Answer: 
No they do not. They would just protect from the sting of heavy rain, light cold, and road rash in a crash, but not much else.
