Fits small - good quality
I haven't had to ride in very cold weather yet which is the reason I bought the jacket. It is well made and looks like it was a good purchase.

Great cool-weather jacket
After wearing an old LLBean jacket over my leathers last winter, which worked well but was bulky, I decided to look for cool-weather motorcycle textile gear. After much research I decided that the Voyager 2 was just what I was looking for, although I was a bit concerned about sizing. I'm a skinny guy, 36-inch chest and 145 lbs. The smallest size for the Voyager 2 is medium.
I placed my order with Revzilla and received my new Spidi jacket in 2 days. Any fears I had about the sizing was baseless. Out of the box, the medium Voyager 2 fit perfectly, and with all the available fine-tuning, it fit even better. The zippers work effortlessly and I like the neat collar adjustment. The outer material feels smooth yet durable. The groin straps are, uh, interesting, but attached to my old leather pants, work well and are discreet enough. But be forewarned: If you wear light colored pants the straps will accentuate & highlight your "junk," which may or may not be good thing.
The Voyager's cut is between a 3/4 length and race jacket, which I really like. Riding around on my Tuono, it's perfect. My riding buddies commented favorably on the jacket's looks. I have the black & grey version.
Today I went for a 120-mile ride on the back roads south of San Francisco. Even though it's August, the weather was cool, about 55 degrees F in the morning. The lining in my Voyager 2 kept me warm. When the temps drop even further, there's enough room for a more substantial base layer, so I expect this jacket will do its job this winter. I also wore a stand-alone back protector but will soon purchase the Compact Warrior piece for convenience.
Overall, my initial impressions are favorable but time will tell how this jacket holds up.

A shopper asked:Would you completely rule this Jacket out for summer? I ride from Southern oregon to Deadhorse in June/July and was looking for a upgrade to my FirstGear ranier TPG jacket, What do you think?May 21, 2014
I use this jacket only in the autum and early spring when it is between 1 - 5 degrees celsius in Norway. It is much to warm during summer. You have the possibility to remove the inner jacket, but there are no airvents in the outer jacket, so I would personally not recommend this for summer riding.May 21, 2014
