Spidi Voyager 2 H2OUT Hi-Viz Textile Jacket
Almost perfect, definitely the best
If you live in a colder, wetter climate, or if you don't and you're just looking for a winter jacket, this is going to be your best pick if you're trying to not spend over 400 dollars. I have only worn five different jackets while riding (only owned three), but this is by far the best one I have ever used whether it's a summer jacket, leather jacket, or textile jacket. If you ride a lot, or if you're like me and commute on a bike, do yourself a favor and don't cheap out on your jacket. You may be thinking "oh, well 'so and so' company has a jacket with the same features for 100 dollars less." NO! Forget it! It's not the same! This jacket is in a league of its own. While there are more expensive jackets out there that I can't speak for that may be better than this one, I can tell you, overall, this jacket is simply the best. For the money, there isn't anything that comes close to this one. When you put it on and use it for a while, you will see that it's engineered and refined to a whole new level compared to other jackets. They even made the main zipper start about 1/4 of the way up the jacket so that the jacket doesn't bunch up when you're on the bike. It's just about perfect.
So comfortable it's stupid.
"fitted" european fit. fit is true, but on the small side.
I wear a large, and I still have enough room to fit my SPIDI Defender underneath.
Cuffs small enough to easily fit glove gauntlets over.
Waterproof pockets you can ACTUALLY USE.
Really is waterproof.
Sleeved thermal liner (not that vest liner BS).
Easy enough to take off and put on.
Easy to remove and install thermal liner.
relatively light weight for a winter jacket.
comfortable shoulder and elbow pads.
Lastly, it looks 10x better in person than in the pic.
So far, the only cons are
The main zipper is a little bit small, so it's kinda hard to get the zippers to mate up to zip up the jacket.
The neck is very tall, so it irritates my neck a bit. Good thing for insulation, bad thing for comfort.

I cant give 5 stars because i think the jacket is overpriced. However...the jacket is comfoortable and it kept me warm and dry. I rode an unfaired bike on a 45 degree rainy day wearing nothing but a T shirt under my jacket and i was fine. If you like the style and dont mind spending a little $$$ go for it. But if you are on a tight budget, i think there are

The right kind of waterproof
Great looking and fitting jacket. Revzillas sizing recommendation was spot on. The armour stays exactly where it should be. This is a warm jacket and the collar closure seals it up tight while the soft collar fabric don't irritate the neck and chin. And the waterproof is by a membrane laminated tot he outer fabric (ala Gore tex) so the outer fabric doesn't soak through the way jackets with waterproof liners do. Love this jacket.

My winter jacket
Bought this to use as my winter jacket. Since it was on closeout sale, there were only size large left. The fit is a tad on the big side for me (I'm 5'6", 170lbs, 33w 41c) without the liner in it, and it fits ok with the liner in. I would prefer a Med, but again, it was on closeout and that is all that was left and the price was right.
It's very bright and the quality is top notch.
Feels great in 50-70 degree weather without the liner and seems to breath ok. That about all I can comment on until I have spent more time with it and the temperature drops.
Winter is coming.

Very Warm and Very Bright Jacket
Let me begin with saying that this is definitely NOT a 4 season jacket, that's not what I was looking for when I bought it. This jacket is really warm. I opted to purchase separately the CE back protector as well as the CE chest protector.
Fit. Anthony nailed it when he said you need to buy a size larger then you normally wear. I usually wear a M, so I bought a M & a L and the L fit best. I sent the M back. Revzilla does make quick returns and credits super easy.
Comfort. This jacket is soft to the touch and very warm a cozy feeling. It does require some time to get into it properly with all the snaps and zippers and velcro. The Chest protector is a little cumbersome to snap. They need to design it to zip down the middle instead of snap on the sides. The snaps are buried underneath the insulation liner and are kinda hard to find. I have worn many jackets and this one rates at the top for comfort.
Warmth. To date this is the warmest jacket I have owned. If you are looking for venting, you need to move on to another jacket. I have been riding down around 35 degrees in only a T-shirt under the jacket. The jacket performs flawlessly. I ride about 10 minutes at 70 MPH before the sun comes up and did quite well. If I were going to ride for hours, I would likely add a better layer such as a sweatshirt.
Waterproof. Very. Within the first week, on the way to work I hit rain. Only for a few minutes but I did not have one drop get past this jacket.
Hi Vis. Best I have ever seen. Super bright. I was taking out the trash in the dark and I felt like I was glowing in the dark.
Leg Straps. I have not used them. I unhooked them and stored them in one of the many pockets in case I ever feel the need to.
My only gripe, which I was aware of is that I like to get in and out of my clothing quickly. This jacket takes more time with all of the flaps, velcro, zippers and buttons. Well worth it though as this jacket was purchased as a WINTER ONLY jacket for me. All of the work pays off with the warmth it provides at speed. I have a mesh jacket with appropriate liners for the warmer three months.
Overall, I hope this jacket lasts for many years. I have no reason to think it will not. The material is very sturdy and sewn quite well,
