Awesome looking vest! First off the cons : I'm 5'10", 46" chest, 33" waist and the fit chart says I'll wear an xl. Mine was too big(even tightened to the tightest fit) , I sent it back and got a large an it's pretty tight(a bit too tight) , the fit looks better though! So order accordingly if your gonna wear it over a t-shirt or jacket. Secondly the tag on the back collar has melted seams and is super scratchy. So if you're gonna be one of those that wants to wear this without a shirt beware(it was very uncomfortable with my tank top on when I was checking the fit)! So you may have to trim those parts off, or melt them and smooth them out. The pros: the cheapest priced vest, by far the coolest looking vest, there are small I guess MOLLE like straps on the front of the shoulder adjust straps for attaching stuff? June 14, 2013
If it's a good fit, it's comfortable! Very protective! Looks sick! I'm a little short for the back protector (but a little wide for the smaller size), so I really have to pull it down when I get on my bike, so it doesn't hit the back of my helmet when I ride, but once I get it situated, it's sweet. Fairytale This vest looks incredible in pictures and in videos however I think it'll only look great like that if you wear a Small or Medium. I bought this in my usual vest size / jacket size (icon, speed strength, joe rocket, alpinestars) it as the other reviewer said, this thing has shoulders that make you think you can fly. They stick out 4inches past my actual shoulders as well. The straps are not centered as in the pictures on the one I received. My guess is that to fit the larger sizes (ie XL/XXL) they simply kept the same lockdown points but added material width wise. This made it horribly disproportional. I really love the look prior to buying, but wearing it in real life I felt like a mortal kombat casting reject. not cool. One thing good is that it IS CE rated spinebuster. that's a plus. Material quality of craftsmanship looked good for our chinese counterpart manufacturing. Revzilla is top notch though about swapping things out! thumbs up.. June 3, 2013
sweet This vest looks awesome. It runs a slight bit small but over all fit is good. The material seems durable and but cheap but it is a sub 100 dollar vest so extremely good value. I did notice the top of the vest sticks out a little bit at the zipper. It sticks out about 2 inches. But in my opinion this is extremely good value i would buy it again. May 31, 2013
Speed and Strength Vest It looks like I am wearing a black plastic garbage bag with shoulders that stick out 4 inches from my actual shoulders. Really, you look a character from some science fiction movie. It is to hard to comment on the fit and function because I was to distracted by the crazy large shoulder material sticking out like bat wings. May 31, 2013
