I bought two of these helmets. One for my GF and one for myself. They fit and feel very well. The Shell and inner linnings seem well made.
The Shield and shield vents are very bad quality. My Shield vent would pop out since I took it out of the box. It seems that the Shield vent holes where cut a little to wide for the vent plastics you see in the picture. I ended up super-gluing it on there. Within 1 week, my GF's shield "tooth" broke which then made it pop off the helmet. I should have returned them but I will just replace the shield with a smoked one, if they ever become available.
I would not recommend this helmet.

Bought a 2012 HD 2-toned Softail Deluxe while deployed in the middlle east.
Long story short, made it home, bike was delivered, it was love at first sight!!!
I'm very picky about details, so my accessories must be functional, comfortable, durable, and look good!
I had to have a 2-toned helmet to match my bike. I'd been shopping around for the "RIGHT" helmet for a couple months with no luck. Then I finally found a 2-toned SparX FC-07 at this one store.
This should have been awesome except for 3 major issues, it was the last 1, it was size (XS), and the sales rep told me it was a discontinued model...
Well, I couldn't get this helmet out of my head. I just knew this was "THE ONE"!
I kept on searching the net, and Revzilla saved the day!!! This helmet is exactly what I was looking for!!!
