Shogun Frame Sliders Kawasaki Ninja 300

Shogun frame sliders are superior to other frame slider brands by virtue of their construction and material. Shogun pucks are made of shatter-proof UHMW infused with UV protective polymer. Shogun pucks absorb kinetic energy from crashes and will not shatter in cold temperature like some types of Delrin or fade in the sun. Each puck has a press fit aluminum bushing to hold it in place during impact to reduce the risk of the puck tearing off of the mounting point. Shogun frame slider offsets are CNC machined from the same grade aluminum as military aircraft. Offsets are anodized black to match OEM components. Each offset is manufactured to stringent specifications with ISO 9000 quality control. Each Shogun Frame Slider comes with high tensile strength corrosion resistant hardware. Shogun uses socket head bolts in nearly every kit, allowing for stronger frame slider design in a more compact space. Newer applications of Shogun Frame Sliders make use of a counter sunk design, which distributes the force of impact over a wider area and gives additional strength to the system so that the puck remains attached to the motorcycle.

Shogun Frame Sliders are MADE IN THE USA. High quality and easy to follow instructions are available in PDF format for download. Each set of instructions has a complete pack list of parts along with color illustrations to avoid confusion.

Designed by racers, sold by racers, for the serious rider!

Sold as a pair.

Note: Carbon S5 Frame Sliders include a black anodized T-6061 end cap.

It pays for itself Since I and a group of friends bought this product, we have used, or rather the product had to be used. I attest that it works, we have avoided physical injuries and futher damage to our bikes, at least the mechanical part, obviously it couldnt protect everyhing, but the advantage of any aesthetic damage is that its easier to repair than mechanical damage. Certainly ill always recommend to friends, family or any other biker to spend on this product. September 16, 2015
Great product. A must have When I bought my first ninja 300 I looked everywhere searching for the best sliders. When congress to security there is no room for mistakes. And man, this sliders are everything they account for. If you have a ninja 300 don't even think about it. They are a must have accessory. July 20, 2015
Shogun frame sliders for Ninja 300 look great when mounted on bike Overall, the frame sliders look great on the bike. They are a bit pricy but was willing to pay for quality product which they are. They were out of stock for a little while, but I'm glad I was notified when they were available. Can't beat the free shipping, no tax, price match, and 1 day delivery! The only other feedback I would give is that there were no instructions on installation, so I had to YouTube on how to install. Overall, great product and definitely recommend. July 15, 2015
Awesome bike protection I bought these slider to protect my bike. I dropped my bike, luckily it only left me with small scratches along the bottom of the frame. After doing this I immediately went and purchased this for my bike. June 8, 2015
No cutting required, great product I got the sliders and they seemed to be really nice and I installed the bars that go beneath the fairings without a problem. I would recommend googling "How to install shogun frame sliders on a ninja 300". She shows you all the steps including how to take the fairings off and it is a good video. When I was ready to put the pucks in, the bolts were too short. I called customer service thinking I had too short bolts but actually it was that a bushing hadn't been pressed properly. He gave me instructions on how to do it and now they fit great. If you get these and you can't attach the pucks to the bars, get the biggest sized socket you can fit in the top of the slider and just tap it down with a hammer. They seem to be great quality and I would recommend them. Just make sure to look up the video, it is very helpful. June 3, 2015
What a SHO! Was thrilled to find such a great piece but to get them installed will take some time unless you skilled to do it yourself but they really look good! January 12, 2015
nice no-cut sliders, easy install Taking the fairings on and off is the most laborious part of the install. Installing the sliders was fairly straightforward. The left puck/slider had a space between the two inserts, causing the bolt to be unable to reach the bar it screws into. Had to tap the insert down with an extension piece and hammer as advised by Shogun. Worked great. June 9, 2014
Probably the best frame sliders for Ninja 300 I have a white Ninja 300 and the white frame sliders look off. I contacted Revzilla to get the puck exchanged but they said to contact Shogun. Don't get the white ones. They are off white. Shogun got it exchanged and I paid for shipping to them and paid for shipping to get the black ones. $10 down the drain. Installing took me 6 hours since I'm a newbie to it but it wasn't too difficult. Ninja 300 has a lot of plastic parts. There is a little cutting required even though it says no cut. I'm very happy with the product. It doesn't look very intrusive at all. It is a little expensive though. It would be awesome if they added a video install on Shogun's website. October 9, 2013

RevZilla Store asked: Why did you choose this?
Alexander S: I'm a noob at riding. I want to push the bike and myself, but I want to protect the fairings as much as I can for looks and resale value. I bought the Shoguns, cuz of the no-cut positioning of the pucks. You do have to shave a bit of plastic, but it's a fairly hidden part, so no big deal. The screw that mounts the long puck was too short in my kit, but the there's a spacer in the puck that you can tap in with a hammer and a long rod. A few small whacks and I was gtg. Jul 25, 2014
Hripsime P: Heard great reviews on the product. May 1, 2014
A shopper asked: is this the cut version or no cut ? thanks a LOT Jun 23, 2015

Adrienne C: This is the no cut version in the sense that you don't need to do anything to your fairings. However, you will need to notch the sprocket cover. Easily accomplished with a dremel tool. Jun 23, 2015

Austin R asked: Will these work with the 2014 Ninja 300 ABS version, specifically the fact that it has ABS because i have heard mixed things regarding the brake line?

James E: Absolutely. I installed them on my 2013 Ninja 300 ABS without a hitch. Just make sure you have an engine mount to keep the engine in place when you're installing them, otherwise you'll have an interesting time. Jun 5, 2014

Austin R: but what about a 2014 model?

and an engine mount? you mean a bike mount to stabilize it so that it wont move?

Thanks btw for answering!! Jun 6, 2014
James E: Yes, this is for the 2013/2014 model, as they are the same frame. And I meant jack (also a stand), but I didn't "word" very well. I has the dumb. Jun 6, 2014

A shopper asked: I recently purchased and installed this product, however, the rear threaded rod snapped (99-HR-TH3/8-16 x6 11/16-R), due to, what I'm guessing, was a torque wrench malfunction. I'd like to order a replacement rod, but I'm not sure how to go about doing that.

Who should I be ordering the replacement part from and how should I accomplish that?

Pierre-Luc B: I think it is possible to order another room at the manufacturer.

By cons, you can go to a specialist in the bolts with your store room. I am sure they will find a replacement.

A shopper asked: Hi,
I just purchased a z300 looking for some frame sliders
I'm wondering if these ninja300 ones will fit on the z300.
And would there be modification of any sort required?
Kind Regards,

Anthony C: Yes they are real nice! You will need to cut the fender flares so I would recommend taking it to a good shop to get them done! Aug 20, 2015
