Love the helmet
This is my first full-face helmet so I don’t have much to compare to (other than a ¾ open face helmet from Harley). Love the styling and fit of this helmet. I read many reviews that these helmets are a bit too tight – the cheek pads are supposed to be snug! Avoid going to a larger helmet size unless the actual head portion is too tight. You don’t want the helmet flying off your head in the event of an accident. The cheek padding breaks in over time or you could buy smaller padding.
I also love that the face shield stays open in various positions rather than just open or closed. The field of view is great and the helmet is very quiet – it even greatly muffles the sound of my very loud Harley. The other huge plus is that it is very light and is Snell 2010 rated. Very well made helmet.
My one main complaint is the fogging. I actually ride a lot with the face shield cracked a little – which is why I like the fact that the helmet will stay open in various positions. I am a bit disappointed that this helmet does not come pin lock ready. I will be purchasing the pin lock shield and lens. But for $450, I would expect it to at least come pinlock ready. But again, overall, great helmet.

Fantastic!
I love everything about it. Extremely comfortable and looks really bad a*s (with a gold visor). My only issue with it was that the visor was not set up probably which caused it to whistle like crazy and had to 'fiddle' with the screws on the mechanism till I got it right. A fairly easy process but be careful you don't thread the screws :). I get complements all the time - the finish is top class and it's so comfortable you forget it's on. Go for it.

Epic
The helmet is just amazing, the fit is great and when the chin curtain is installed it gets very quiet. The shield can get a bit foggy if the switch is on the normal or locked position. Defogs almost instantly when the switch is set to defog and has very decent airflow.

As always an excellent Shoei Helmet
True to its size for fit and comfort. Last Shoei I bought was probably 15 years ago and it was a medium. I wore that helmet completely out ordered this helmet in a medium fit like a glove. Weight is unbelievably light. Some have critisized the helmet for noise. If you want quiet stay in a car. There is no way to eliminate all wind noise on a motorcycle.

Amazing helmet
Really like this helmet. I ride a 2011 CBR600RR. The decals on the helmet match my bike and jacket. Really like the matte black base paint on it. Fits perfectly as described, and feels like it's a really solid helmet. It also gets pretty descent air flow that actually feels like it's working.

Great look and feel
Befote this helmet I had a Scorpion EXO-700. I wanted a quieter helmet that when I had the vents closed I wouldn't hear whistling. I have heard great things from fellow riders with Shoei helmets so I wanted to look at a qwest. I was turned to this model because I wanted a matte black which does not leave figure prints. Also it is quiet for my communication device. The features on this helmet are great and too many to list in this review.
I was a large in my scorpion helmet and that size held true wih this helmet, I just found this helmet also fit nicer and felt nicer.
I have gotten many comments on the look because it is unlike anything out there. You can not go wrong wih this helmet.

Reminds me of TRON
This is a beautiful helmet. I absolutely love the unique look. It's also quieter and easier to use than my old RF-1000, although I preferred the older style of chin strap (snap-on to the o-ring) to the current button style. A+
