Shark S700 Legion Helmet
Stylish and comfortable
Love the look. Great looking helmet, lightweight and comfortable. Fits exactly how I expected after following the fit guide. Does a decent job blocking out wind noise even at highway speed.

Good helmet for the price
Overall i like the helmet for the price i paid. Some good things are its cheap and a very comfortable fit. It has a nice aggressive look to it. The drop down internal sunglasses are a nice addition to this helmet it played a big factor in my final purchasing decision. In the beginning they seemed like they distorted your view but after 5 or so min. using them your eyes will adjust and they are great. Replacing the shield is a snap unlike other helmets I've owned. Instead of it taking me 5 min to get a new visor on it takes me a few seconds. Unfortunately there are some flaws and one major one is the airflow.Since the airflow is so poor the vent switches are hard to figure out which way is open without looking at the manual. It is also somewhat noisy. Other than those the only other problem is the lumi graphics don't glow well. The only way you can tell its glowing is if it's in a completely dark room with no ambient light whatsoever.

You get what you pay for
I bought this helmet several months back and was slightly disappointed upon opening it. Right away, the build quality seemed a little cheap. The matte black looked great, but some epoxy was visible through the rear air vents, and the lever for the internal visor felt very light weight. There is no chin curtain, and at highway speeds the noise becomes immediately unbearable. I recently bought a Shoei RF1200 to replace this helmet, and could not believe the difference. Its twice the money, but worth the upgrade.

Wish I could use it...
Solid helmet with great features that are hard to find in this price range. I picked up the S700 with the Legion graphic in green because it just screamed out to me, and it had that beautiful internal sun visor.
As Anthony points out in the video, the vent switches can be a little difficult to find with gloves on. This is a temporary problem, though, because after just a few hours in the helmet you get it down pretty easily.
Sadly, even in the XL it is too small for me, but only front to back. I don't have a super egghead, so I'd say this helmet fits a bit round. My initial test fit just wasn't long enough for the problem to present, so I can't return the helmet either. I didn't learn that it was a bit too small until I had the helmet on for a few hours during the MSI training class. It's still usable, but only for shorter trips. I really wish I could use it, or that I could find a helmet with a graphic that jumps out at me like this one.

Although decent, NOT worth $200+
I used this helmet from mid-February to the beginning of June. I'll start with what I liked about the helmet. It's a good weight, not cumbersome at all. Fits well, but my narrow face could have used slightly thicker cheekpads. The faceshield is optically correct and gives a good FoV. The shell shape is aerodynamic and drag during headchecks is minimal. It's comfortable and easy to get on and off. Stays decently cool and seems to vent well enough. Really easy to remove faceshield. The best thing I like about the helmet is that it's a smaller profile than most.
As far as cons go, I noticed a lot. I'll start with the little things. Firstly, the chinstrap would be better off with a snap closure instead of the loop you put it through. To get another faceshield (I wanted a dark smoke one) it'll cost an exorbitant $80. The faceshield doesn't snug up to the gasket for a good seal against precipitation. The vent controls are cheap plastic and feel like they could break. Also, it's difficult to tell whether the vents are open or closed when you switch them. The drop down sun visor control seems flimsy as well. Tension on the faceshield was decent most of the time but high speed wind will close it on you. The faceshield is not fog resistant. Rather annoying riding in sub 70 degrees and having to crack it open frequently when you're not moving. The main pull of the helmet (the internal sunvisor) turned out to be the biggest disappointment for me. First of all, it is not fog resistant, but even worse than that, it's not optically correct, so I ended up not even using it because it makes vision worse.
I can't really recommend it. Maybe if it was $150. If you're looking at it for its aggressive shape and cool looks like I was, it's not worth it.

Excellent helmet for the price
Great helmet for the price, I'm very happy with my purchase. Solid and well made, if a bit heavy. It's my first helmet with a built-in drop down sun shield and I can't imagine how I ever got along without one. The venting is a bit primitive and I wish there was a chin curtain - the chin is wide open. Overall, good purchase.
