Good pipe so far.
The pipe didn't line up perfectly with the hanger bracket but it did fit. I would imagine it is hard to account for any manufacturing tolerances in the manufacture of the bike and pipe. The connecting pipe and sip-on are gorgeous. The welds are high quality and the slip-on fits on the connecting pipe perfectly. The springs are a cool mechanical/race looking touch. The sound is nice and the bike pops a little under engine braking, which I like. The size of the pipe is a huge improvement over the stock pipe as it is much smaller and lighter (6.5lbs. less on my bathroom scale). My big complaint is the Scorpion logo on the pipe is a sticker! The first time I wiped the pipe down, the edge of the sticker peeled back. Why the heck would you put a sticker on a pipe that will change temperature constantly? A metal rivet plate would have matched the quality of the rest of the pipe. I could take the sticker off, but I like the look. Overall, I am satisfied.

Sounds great - fits okay
Old pipe removal was a breeze and the new bottom pipe slipped on with ease. Aligning the muffler to the lower pipe AND to the factory mounting bracket however was a little tricky as the tolerances are pretty close. I finally got everything lined up and tightened down to where it doesn't put any undue stress on the mounting tab or the lower pipe but the muffler still touches the inside of the passenger footrest bracket. This may be an indication that the footrest bracket is slightly bent from an amazing off-road adventure (Which is the reason I need to replace the factory pipe)
Suggestion for Scorpion - use a slot on the mounting tab to allow slight adjustment of the muffler position. It looks like the mounting to muffler connection is not a sturdy as it could be.
The system is significantly lighter than the factory pipe (at least 10#). The 1215cc triple sound is great with the baffle removed - very deep rich tone that isn't obnoxious.

The Scorpion really lets you hear the triple on a Triumph Explorer without being obnoxious. And it looks great on the bike. I would recommend removing the reflectors on your license plate holder though. My right reflector was melted by the exhaust.
