Maybe an $800 helmet would be quieter and/or lighter and/or more aerodynamic, but I'll never find out because I'm too happy with this one. I am amazed that such a great helmet is available for under $200. It is so quiet that I didn't realize I needed a bigger windshield until I got this helmet - I stood up at 80 mph and it was quieter than being behind the windshield - turbulence around the edges of the windshield was my biggest source of noise. Which I couldn't tell until I got this helmet.
My head is perfectly stable in all wind conditions and angles, including standing up at 80 (some angles can cause mild whistling around the visor edges).
Plus, it's extremely comfortable and looks great! The styling looks way better in real life than in the pictures.
And what I thought was a gimmick - the lever that cracks the visor just a bit - has turned out to be something I use all the time on cold mornings at a stop light. I use it so much I'm afraid I'm gonna wear it out...
An unexpected bonus was that my wife loves it too, and she wants one, she likes the Snell approval and the emergency removable pads.
She also likes the hi-viz color, something she normally does not care for. My old helmet was hi-viz, but Scorpion's version is richer, brighter, and "glows" in the daylight - I get lots of comments about it, whereas my old hi-viz helmet got zero. It's a noticeable difference.
My only complaint is my own fault - instead of following the factory sizing recommendation, I followed the many reviews which said the helmet runs small, so size up. I was borderline, so I sized up - it fit PERFECT the first week, but now after 3 weeks the padding has compressed and it's looser than I would like - pushing the visor up/down makes the helmet move, I don't like that. But I've worn it too much to attempt a return, and besides, I like it so much I don't think I could bear to part with it for the amount of time it would take to exchange it. And it is SO comfortable - I wear glasses, a tighter fit might not be appropriate, so I am unwilling to find out.
I'm not as impressed as others have been with the anti-fog visor. I can still fog it up just as bad as other visors, maybe I have acid breath or something, but the little crack available with the push of a lever makes it all moot, that little lever rocks my anti-fog party... I AM impressed with how easy it is to detach/attach the visor, makes it easy to keep it clean on the inside, which I've found is far more important than the anti-fog coating.
I'm really impressed, would buy another one in a heartbeat, and actually will, for my wife! Great Value.

Good price and nice fit. Could be a little better with airflow.

Great helmet for price
Almost impossible to beat this helmet for under $300. The look, fit, and features are perfect for me. Video was very helpful, as usual.

Very great brand!
I have always chose Scorpion as my helmet of choice. There are so many styles and I absolutely love the chameleon effect this helmet has. The white outline helps make you stick out a little more at night providing visibility to others. Lots of vents which gives great airflow on those hot humid days.

Great Helmet Buy!
This is my THIRD Scorpion helmet. I've ridden in two EXO400s, and now the EXO410. The EXO410 feels slightly lighter than the EXO400. The ease of removing the face shield vs the EXO400 is remarkably simple. The helmet is great as far as wind resistance, if you get the right size. I wear a small in the EXO400, had to buy XS cheek pads for the 410 as it was a bit large on my cheeks and had a bit of wobble. Shoulder-checks are a breeze, no absurd wind pull. I haven't used the shield lock-down feature yet, though it seems easy to operate. Riding in the fully open position, the shield seems to catch less wind than the EXO400 shields did. I only wish this one had a one-click up position on the shield like the 400. As a side note, this helmet is absolutely beautiful, and matches like a dream with my Nip/Tuck II jacket and Savannah II pants, both in Orchid.
