Nice design. fits perfectly
I bought this liner because my XXL was too tight on my cheeks. This one did the trick and now my EXO 500 fits perfectly.
The only thing I don't like is the lack of grooves for my glasses, I can still wear them but I struggle to put them on. Once they're in; it feels ok.

Replacement cheek pads
Loaned my helmet to a friend and his big head stretched out my cheek pads, was literally bouncing around my head even with the inflatable pads at full capacity.
Pro: New ones came in, and it feels like a new helmet again!
Con: The bottom edges that slide into the EPS don't hold very well. This could be because I had to tug out the old ones a couple times to wash them and then to replace them, but I have to hold the bottom of the pads every time I take off my lid or the pads try to come out with my face. Snaps are still solid though, so that's all that really matters. Again, could be my fault. But if you have a choice between buying a new lid for $200+, or just replacing the pads for $40 +/- and feeling like it's brand new lid...easy EASY choice. Got a new visor while I was at it. Nice to remember what not having scratches and bug-dents looks like :-)

Fit just right
This was a replacement liner for my scorpion EXO500 helmet. It made my helmet feel new again, not to mention no more sweaty funk smell.

Easy to install. Perfect fit
Great quality, easy to install. Great for when my girlfriend wears the helmet. I can just swap out the cheek inserts and it's like a different size helmet without having to buy a second one. Could use a hole where the ears are. I use a uclear and had to cut the holes for my speakers myself.

Ben L:The sizing has to do with the shell sizing and the EPS, the cheek pads would likely be universal in thickness but the snaps might not line up with MD vs LG. Best bet, give the guys a ring and ask if they can offer advice. Bought my new set after a friend with a big head stretched out my lid, felt tight as new. But the lid does stretch out as you ride, first ride should always be a little tight. Up to you if it's "snug" or "miserable".Oct 13, 2014
Peter G:I would think so, but I.m not sure. I have a Large helmet and bought a large replacement liner. It fits snugg like when it was new. I.m not sure if a medium liner will fit in a large shell ( that's a good question for scorpion) but if it does, then it would make it tighter. Sorry I couldn't be more help. Happy ridingOct 11, 2014
Walter W:Yep. I bought the M helmet and it ended up being a little too tight on the cheeks and hurting my ears when removing the helmet. I moved up to the L liner and now it fits perfectly as it's slightly more roomy.Oct 15, 2014
Thomas D:I ordered ITEM # 50-603-60-03 (KW Liner) for EXO-500 Small-Extra Small helmet shell. Converted Extra Small (XS) to Small (S) for my wife's helmet. Item included the cheek pads with the head liner. Easy to replace (same procedure for washing).Aug 21, 2013
Thomas D:According to the Scorpion USA web site, the XL size can only accommodate larger liners. The Medium and Large share the same shell size, allowing liner changes. Try contacting Scorpion directly at 1-888-672-6774. Hope this helps.May 9, 2014
A shopper asked:I bought the XL helmet. Perfect head shape for my fat head, but the cheekpads made it impossible to wear. I've been using the helmet for 6 months with no cheekpads. Is there a set I can get that will fit my fat face?Feb 15, 2014
