Made my helmet fit perfect
According to the size chart, i should have been between a Medium and a Small. Based on prior experience I went with the Medium... Well, it fit good everywhere except the cheeks. I could barely close mouth mouth without biting the inside of my cheeks. I bought these cheek pads in 2 size thinner, and now it fits great. And since it was a fit issue, Revzilla covered the shipping cost!!

Wesley B: the helmet i bought is a bit too tight, and bought these to adjust the fit. However, I needed to order a larger size, not smaller. I'm ordering the larger, but these are no help to meFeb 27, 2015
Steven H: Great to have a second pair when washing the first.Jul 8, 2014
A shopper asked:I bought the scorpion EXO-500 west neon helmet love the fit except the cheek pads are very tight any advice?Jan 31, 2015
Brent B:You might be able to get smaller pads depending on the shell size of your helmet. For example if you have a xxl helmet you can buy xxxl pads and they will fit because both sizes use a xl shell. What size helmet do you have?Jan 31, 2015
maxter a asked:I got a exo-500 XXXL as a Gift. I noticed that wearing the helmet the cheek pads are snug against my face/cheeks. How much pay / freedom should you have in a correctly fitted helmet? or do I need to wear it more to break it in? or do they make smaller size cheek pads.Oct 15, 2014
Steve G:Hey maxter, ... my understanding is that the XXXL already has the thinnest cheek pads. They are approximately 20 mm in thickness. My helmet was an XL and it came with 42 mm pads. So I ordered the pads for a XXXL to go narrower.
I've been told by another person, who bought the same helmet, that the pads do loosen up with more wear. I had to change mine out because they were just unbearable as they pressed my cheeks together to the point I felt my lips were popping out.
FYI. Here's what I found on another website about pad thickness for the EXO 500: Shell size is key to interchanging pads, ... it must be the same in order for pads to be interchangeable. These three sizes are all an XL shell, ... XXXL = 20 mm pad; XXl = 32 mm pad; and XL = 42 mm pad.Oct 15, 2014
