Schuberth C3 World Helmet (Size 3XL Only) 4.6 5 477 477
Brilliant helmet; great value I love every feature of this helmet except one (talk about that in a mo). The noise level is good; i don't have to wear ear plugs, the ventilation is superb but the best thing is the aerodynamics of the beast; no buffeting at all off the wind shield. I'm riding a Triumph Tiger 800. So to the only down side. Where the pinlock screen attaches to the visor the upper line of the pinlock is directly in my vision; that's really poor design. My son has a pinlock on a full face helmet that cost half the price of the Schuberth and there is no vision obstruction. However, the overall vote is a big YES. November 9, 2015
For the price there shouldn't be any issues Let me first say that I really like how light and quiet this helmet is. The chin strap is easy to connect and disconnect. The visor is good and comes down farther than most. I enjoy riding in all types of weather but I will break out my old Scorpion EXO400(way out of date) if there's a chance of rain. This helmet leaks around the visor and the water blows into your eyes, even with the internal visor down. That's unacceptable for a helmet of this price. November 6, 2015
Overall, the product was good. It was good. The noise level was a little louder than expected. October 26, 2015
Excellent Helmet This is my first modular helmet, but not my first full face helmet. The aspect of it being modular adds a bit of weight to it, but nothing that took more than a couple hours to become completely accustomed to. I've put about 2,500 miles under my helmet now and I must say it is extremely comfortable, quieter than my non-modular (hard to believe I know), and very easy to operate even with heavy gloves on. I spend about 1.5-2 hours in my helmet everyday and the only complaint I have is that in order to help reduce noise in the helmet there are no venturi vents in the back making the helmet a little warmer than others I have owned. However even on the hottest days this summer I had no issues staying comfortable while at cruising speed. In town I just cracked the visor to the first detent and good to go. Finally, the internal sun visor is fantastic. I wear glasses and not once has the sunscreen been an issue for me. Operation is smooth and also easy to use with large gloves on. October 19, 2015
Great helmet I just took it out for about 900 miles this weekend. Up and down california riding from 5 hours on highway 5 at 80 miles an hour to the twistes up hwy 1. This is really a great helmet. It replaced a Nolan N103. The helmet aerodynamic design is everything it is touted. I've never had a helmet that did not even feel like it was impacted by the wind. No buffeting atall. The helmet is a very quiet helmet, the quietest helmet i have wver tried. That said, it is a motorcycle helmet and you should still use earplugs for long trips. I probably won't use them or need them for my 45 minute commute, but for longer rides definately. (85 decibles can cause damage from extended exposure, so the expected sound levels of even this helmet is too much). The ventilation was very good at the top, you could feel a noticeable difference between open and closed. The front vent could be better as it is only either open or closed, not adjustible. Also, the vent does do a good job of clearing the face shield, but does blow directly on my eyes, which was irritating. I loved the bucket system, easy with my heavy gloves. The optics were great and distortion free. The opening and locking mechanisms are easy to use and seem very secure. The fit for my head was just a bit smaller than my nolan, which left a sore spot at the upper area behind a typical hairline, but no big deal. October 4, 2015
Schuberth c3 the noise reduction from this helmet is unlike any I have ever worn. I have been a loyal Shoei owner, but the qualities of this helmet trump anything I've had. That includes the visor, the comfort and the visual breadth September 28, 2015
Not for Hot Climits Schuberth did a poor job venting this helmet. I think they were so concerned with noise they traded ventilation with quite. This helmet is made for cold weather not for Dixie USA September 21, 2015
Product is great in everyway except for comfort Like a drill into my right temple after 30 minutes of riding. Ordered the solution padding, hopefully it helps or i'll have to sell the helmet. Ducati Scrambler Classic September 21, 2015

Alexander B: Quiet and modular were there two selling points. Great helmet! Apr 17, 2014
Gilbert B: The best helmet that I could find, how many $ it cost was an indication to me of it's overall quality. You normally get what you pay for. It also has a retractable sun shade to boot. And It is stylish in it's graphic designs as well. Check out all the features, I left out most of the good features for you to discover them on your own. Heads up! Apr 2, 2014
Matthew S: I wanted to purchase one of the top rated, best fitting, low profile and safest helmets on the market. This is the one I chose and Revzilla answered all my questions before the purchase was made. I've been extremely satisfied with this helmet, thanks! Mar 6, 2014

A shopper asked: Considering this helmet and wondering is it being discontinued/if so why?

Don G: If it is being discontinued it's like everything else, there is a new model available and hopefully an improvement over the old one. I haven't tried the new version but I understand they improved the fit for American riders. Hence hot spot pressure on your forehead. I have a med - to oval head so I experience the hot spot. Other wise this is the best helmet design I have ever worn. Hope that helps! Oct 24, 2013

A shopper asked: I own the helmet and would like to add a communication system, I would like to use the Scala G9 so I can use it on my snowmobile helmet too. Is this possible? My concern is the sun visor slide. Apr 27, 2013
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: The G9 will not work on the C3 Helmet because of the visor button/slider if you use the clamp. You do, however, have the option of using the sticky pad and attaching the module that way. Keep in mind this isn't the most sturdy option, but at least it's something. In all honesty, your best bet is going with the Schuberth SRC System for C3 May 1, 2013

A shopper asked: the SR10 to a portable CB and bluetooth it using the PTT to the helmet. I'd also like to stream music and calls from my iPhone 4S. Would the SENA SR10 paired with the Schuberth SRC communications system accomplish my goal?
Feb 29, 2012
Answer this · Send to friends Good question? Yes (0) No (0)
RevZilla: No, you will not be able to pair the Sena SR10 with the Schuberth SRC Communications System. The SR10 offers only a mono connectivity. Also, the SR10 will only work with FRS and GMRS frequency for CB communications. May 2, 2012
