John F: Best Price around, even better than the manufacturer, Revzilla paid my state tax, and free shipping ! Truly a deal that can not be beat. Can't wait to receive and install this product Revzilla truly Earns their buisness.Mar 8, 2014
Ross A: The original DR seat has a world wide reputation for being diabolical .a lot of blogs reported favourably on the Sargent seat. Revzilla appear to have a good reputation and their sight is really good. Ross AustinDec 12, 2013
Sean M: Because the stock seat is a sadistic torture device!Nov 9, 2013
John H: I bought this seat because (1) I don't like the OEM seat on my '12 DR650SE (2) No Tax on purchase (3) Free shipping. Oddly enough, I live in Florida and Sargent is in Jacksonville, but it is cheaper to buy from you (or another online retailer) than to buy from Sargent -- That said, I bought this seat from Revzilla for Quality, Service and Price. A shopper asked:Will the 2013 DR650 seat fit the 2014 DR650 ?Sep 5, 2014
Greg J:Yes. I have used it on both an Acerbis 6.6, and the IMS 4.9. But so you know the Acerbis clip on the tank is wider than the notch on the front of the seat. You will need to grind it down to be a bit narrower. Not really a big deal. Hope that helps. By the way I really like the comfort and form of this seat.Feb 25, 2015
A shopper asked:how much difference between low seat and regular, in terms of seat height? I currently have a Suzuki Gel -low seat that is about right for my short legs. I am also concerned about off-road use; how much wider than Suzuki Stock?Sep 28, 2014
DEREK M:I have the regular height seat and the height is comparable to the original seat. I imagine the Sargent low will be close to the Suzuki low. The width is not a problem. The seat is narrow close to the tank. I ride standing "GS" style and it is great, no bowed out legs. When you sit and move back a bit you hit the comfort zone. Sargent has transform my bike! It has gone from a 200 km a day bike to a ride I would head across the country on. I've put a lot of trick upgrades on my DR but seat is the best! Hope this helps. Robert O:The seat is wider for your butt, but does not spread your legs out wider than the stock seat. It is about an inch lower than the stock Suzuki seat, it is also comfortable for riding hundreds of miles on the road, I have ridden 450 miles in a day, and works just as well as the stock seat off road. I am very happy with my low seat.Sep 28, 2014
monkeylogic:I don't mean to contradict the expert here, but this seat IS available from the mfg without the welts (or with custom color welts). However, you will pay MUCH more for that option than what RevZIlla is offering here. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing this product (or any other) from RevZilla for their great prices and fantastic return policy. Buy with confidence.Dec 13, 2012
