WOW what a difference !
I am 5’-6” 165 pounds with a 30” inseam. The painful lean towards the gas tank is now gone! That alone was worth the purchase. Fit and finish are top notch making the stock seat look outdated. This seat has a much wider profile which is great for your underside but takes a little away from the 1.5” lowered seat height. Best of all, I feel seated in the bike, rather than on top of it. Handling has improved since I have more leverage with a lower center of gravity. Also I can do without the handle bar risers with the drop in seat height and have a better view from the mirrors that tend to be blocked by the saddlebags. Installing it was a snap, same as the stock seat. This purchase has totally changed the comfort, looks and handling of this bike! And thanks to Revzilla for some crazy-fast shipment !

Perfect Fit
The seat fits perfectly. I had heard complaints of loose fitting and wiggle. Not true in this case. It also lowered the ride height by 1.5 inches which was my goal.

Nice seat!
I wish I could say more about this seat, but in a twist of fate or circumstances, I haven't been able to ride the bike much since installed. The holidays, work and the winter weather down here in Florida, with a cold front every 2-3 days, has been limiting my ride time. I think any seat is better than the OE seat, I chose this Sargent based upon a couple of factors, one being the price and the other, a number of positive reviews. I can't say I'm in love with this seat yet; I need more time. But it's a heck of a lot better than stock.

First rides impressive
Received the seat just as the weather turned colder here in Colorado. First few rides confirm the seat support is wider and easier on the sit muscles. Will have more info after the weather eases and we can get in longer rides.

WELL CONSTRUCTED, HIGH QUALITY MATERIALS
THIS IS A DEFINITE IMPROVEMENT OVER THE STOCK SEAT. I PURCHASED THE LOW MODEL, AND MY FEET ARE NOW FIRMLY PLANTED ON THE GROUND AT STOPS. I MADE A 300 MKI TRIP RECENTLY AND I EXPERIENCED NO DISCOMFORT, AS A MATTER OF FACT I COULD HAVE
GONE MUCH FURTHER IF NECESSARY. VERY SELDOM DOES A PRODUCT LIVE UP TO ITS HYPE, BUT THIS ONE IS AN EXCEPTION. THANKS FOR A GREAT PRODUCT.

Good-looking seat, overall good value, could be a little better.
I purchased this seat to replace the factory seat on my Concours 14 to slightly lower my stance and give me more control at stops. Also, I personally think the aesthetic is much cleaner than the stock two-tone look. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase but it didn't quite give me as much difference as I thought it would; it feels like it's practically the same height, while at the same time it is certainly not as padded, so my wife finds it just a little less comfortable on longer trips. Additionally, it seems to scuff easier that I would have hoped, and the scuffs don't clean off easily (some won't come off at all). Not sure if they're coming from boots, jeans or leathers, but still they bother me a little. At the end of the day, I'm keeping this seat on, because it is slightly lower, better looking, and just as comfortable for me on solo rides. Lastly, the initial install involved slightly more force than the stock seat, but it broke in quickly, and now I can remove it and reinstall it easily and smoothly.

Excellent seat at excellent price!
I've been reading reviews all over the place trying to find a more comfy seat for my 2008 Concours. Everyones rear ends are different, so it's really hard to know what your experience will be like when comparing it to someone else.
Having read enough positive reviews on this seat, and given that it's almost half the price of the some of the other brands available I went ahead and took the plunge.
I'm glad I did!
Construction and fit and finish on this seat is excellent. All the seams look very clean and it looks like this will be able to hold up for quite a while.
First thing you notice when sitting on it is that it is stiffer than the original. Some might think this a bad thing, but anyone that's pulled multi-hundred mile days in the saddle knows that you need that firmer foam. It keeps it from compressing in to a hard mass or letting you bottom out on the seat pan.
Initial ride was around 100 miles and while I'm still adjusting to the seat so needed to move around a bit, it is infinitely better than the stock seat for my derriere!
Installation is a breeze as it goes on exactly the same way as the stock seat, though you'll need to press down a bit more where it latches on to the metal parts on the body.
There's a nice storage bin under the seat where you can stuff various small items that don't need to be easily accessible.
All in all I'm very pleased with the seat, and infinitely please with Revzilla's customer service. They called almost immediately when they saw my shipping and billing addresses were different to verify I was me. And they still had it shipped out the same day.
