The seat looks great and is much more comfortable than the stock seat.
A great product at a great price. I highly recommend the Sargent's seat for any bike.

Better Than Stock, Check Your Height Setup
This is a firm seat, it is important to find the correct height of the seat for you body.
The passenger seat is very hard to get in place if you have the riders seat installed in the tallest position and you have the Honda Top Box installed as well. Removing the top box, or not having the riders seat in the highest position makes it easy to install. This is not really an issue, just something I found.
My wife actually prefers the stock seat over the Sargent as the Sargent has you up a little higher (she prefers the backrest on the top box higher on her back.) as well as she likes the leg position with the stock seat height. You can run the stock passenger seat with the Sargent riders seat without issues.
Initially I found the seat very uncomfortable, but by adjusting the seat height I was able to find a setting that I found comfortable. If you are having comfort issues with this seat then I would suggest adjusting the seating position.
I have found that my legs are more comfortable on the Sargent than the stock seat though, a better bend in the legs. I run both the Sargent and Stock seat at their highest height setting.
On shorter rides (say to the store) I do prefer the stock seat. However, on longer rides my butt gets sore from the stock seat and I have to get off for a while to get any feeling back.
On longer rides I do prefer the Sargent Seat. My butt gets sore after an hour or so but that is likely due to reduced blood flow to my legs. Extending my highway blades (and putting my feet there for 5 - 10 minutes) helps reduce the discomfort. Also, if I just get off the bike for 5 to 10 minutes my butt is good for another hour or so in the saddle.
Knowing what I know now I would still buy this seat, just not the passenger portion. It is more comfortable than the stock seat and when you get uncomfortable getting off for 5 to 10 minutes solves that issue and you can get right back on (which was not the case with the stock seat.)
If you like hanging off your bike in the corners I would probably stick with the stock seat as the hard edge and big flat top to the seat, is not very comfy (or designed) for that style of riding.
